Top Notch Team
I have been using the team at Box Hill for years. My cars have always been looked after from this awesome team. Very honest, always communicate before any works are done if your car has any issues. Prices have always been fair and justified. Very trustworthy team, will always continue to take my cars to Box Hill and send others there also.

i came to the store on the way home…
i came to the store on the way home when it took me about 3 tries to get my car starting after fuelling up. i asked for an appointment and suggestions on what it could be. it was likely starter motor aging but they didn’t have bookings till after christmas/new year and i needed my car for the weekend so i also turned down their suggestion to just leave the car with them and they would work on it when the had the time. so i left hoping i could go one more weekend without fixing, unfortunately my car wouldn’t start at all to go home HAHA. so they took my car in and urgently fixed it same day ordering part same day and had it fixed within a couple of hours. absolutely grateful to the team at mycar boxhill tysm. merry christmas and happy new year to the team !!!

Unexpectedly good
Communication was good in that it was to the point and clear. But the thing that gets me most is that, eventhough I had the simple ("plus") service the car felt better to drive than I've ever experienced with more comprehensive services from the authorised dealer. Specifically, the engine had a lower "growl" and power without seeming consuming more fuel. Weird, because I didn't think the type of service would affect the engine tuning.
