I had messed up my booking but they took my car anyway which was very kind and very much appreciated.
Extremely polite and friendly service

Looks bit costly based on my understanding. They have to rethink the labour cost for changing each item. I will think again before visiting them next time.

I was delayed by 1.30 mins from an allocated time of booking. The staff were friendly.

Would go lower if that option was offered....poor service, poor communication, doubtful that any work was carried out on vehicle - especially when the wheel/tyre check consisted of a "walk around" the car after I'd eventually been advised it was ready to collect - which was actually after I'd called them. Te notification came thru whilst I was waiting in reception for the mechanic to find the paperwork. Not the best experience at all.

The maechanics were calm and efficient.
They did exactly what was required.
And the service turned out cheaper than quoted - I got a refund.

The manager at the Bull Creek Store is great. Communicates well. Very affable and knowledgeable. Noticed a tat on his neck that says ‘be kind’… which he is when I have no idea what’s going on with my vehicle.

Tyre change done on agreed date and time.

I have asked for the wheel alignment report and it appears to be an issue with obtaining the report with the printer.

Ano always greets everyone with the big smile and is always so friendly that it makes the visit so lovely. He also knows his stuff.

Efficient, knowledgeable staff, job done at time and date requested at price quoted.

Service was polite and helpful about what needed to be done in the future. It was completed earlier than I expected.

Rude and unhelpful since the new manager took over. I’ve been taking my car there for 2 years and was very happy with the service and jobs done but since the new manager has taken over I will never go back. He is rude and unhelpful. I don’t think he is a very good mechanic as he always makes excuses why there is still a problem if you have to take your car back. . Don’t go there!

Very accommodating - managed to squeeze job in one hour prior to arranged time which was really appropriate
