Overall it was good
I didn't receive a message or call to let me know that the work was done so I had to wait extra 30 mins and ended up going back to the reception to ask if my car was ready.
Over the phone I was told that it would take two hours but I was told it would take three hours when I dropped my car off. The actual shop should be able to take bookings so that they can tell customers how long the work actually takes according to their daily schedule as head quarters don't know how busy they are on the floor when taking bookings from customers.
