I've been to these guys 3 times now, and I will keep going back. As a female who doesn't know much about cars, the fear is always that you are going to be taken advantage of financially. These guys have taken care of me and my car, and not had me buy more than necessary or get things fixed that don't need it. Even to the point of helping me figure out what is truly urgent to fix, and what can wait a few pays. Thank you Alex and team.

Your company charged $579.30 for a standard service on my wife's Mazda SP25 on 29/01/25 (Invoice: 50087857). The labour charge was $322.20. The work involved no more than changing oil, oil filter, replace oil, air filter, replace brake fluid and some other minor checks. Work that should have taken no more than an hour. This is the most expensive standard service ever for this vehicle. Some justification would be appreciated.

MyCar were able to fit my roadworthy inspection in at very short notice. The were quick and very helpful and courteous.

Service is good. Fast diagnosis of the problem and advised the solution. However, i was told i will receive my payment receipt in my email address after i made the payment but i didn't receive it till date. These little things drops the level of service from 5 star to 4 stars.

Alex and the team were great. Provided solid advice, and were quite prompt in providing a quote. I was contacted with updates over the day. I highly recommend them.

Asked for wipers to be changed, they told me they are fine. No rubber on one wiper, they other 2 front and back ony smeared and do not clear water.
Did they do anything else, such as change the oil. How do I know.
