Asked for wipers to be changed, they told me they are fine. No rubber on one wiper, they other 2 front and back ony smeared and do not clear water.
Did they do anything else, such as change the oil. How do I know.

I needed a NSW rego check on short notice and the blokes at Mycar Charnwood got me sorted and on the road asap.

Mycar Charnwood are always very helpful and efficient when it comes to services, but they went above and beyond to assist with a recent fuel pump incident, and before that, an incident with a rock and a tyre. The staff are all really friendly, which makes somebody who doesn’t know much about cars feel a bit less silly asking questions.

Pretty horrible experience, booked my car in to get a service + asked them to fix anything they needed to + a brake light. Only a service was done, nothing additional, no call and no break light was fixed until I had a conversation with the guy that served me and he made it happen - break light cover was not put on correctly so I couldn’t open my boot.. false hope and a waste of time. Thank god for the guy serving me otherwise I would still have a broken break light. I dropped my car off first thing in the morning with no time rush. Lazy and bad at communicating. I won’t be back at Charnwood- that’s for sure. $500 for an oil change (not even spark plugs) is wild. I also have a photo of the break cove put back on for your reference.

I had a great experience with this company. An unexpected flat tyre and no spare tyre had me in a bit of a pickle. These guys were extremely helpful and got me in to replace 2x tyres asap to get me back on the road.
I was very grateful for their service.

Had a super experience after Alex accepted by service from another mycar centre that day due to not being able to enter the car garage because of height restrictions. Tyson worked on my vehicle and was just fantastic. With constant updates and tips on up keep and suggestions. A big thank you again to the crew having help me out like they did specially on a Fridays avo.

The guys at Charnwood MyCar were brilliant. They accommodated the multiple reschedule requests we had, were insightful and gave us a lot of information on issues they found and resolved, along with telling us about any possible problems that might arise in the future. Most importantly, they fixed the rattle that our previous mechanics couldn’t! Will definitely recommend them and be back there in the future.

Tyson and Alex are so awesome! I haven't had reliable, trustworthy, and honest mechanics like them in a long time! The service they give is A+, and will continue to take my cars to them.

First of all, they did fix the problem of my car but their customer service was dissatisfactory. For example, the middle-aged mechanic would refer me as ‘this one’ with a very dismissive tone talking to the shopkeeper about me in front of me. The conversation is ‘You may need to talk to this one because this one wants to replace this and that and that.’ This objectification is very disrespectful and unprofessional. Also, if he is not the one in charge to talk to me, he can be quiet rather being smug because this was not productive and unpleasant. Second, their ineffective communication is disappointing. For example, they called me to pick up the vehicle 10 mins before their closing time. If it is 10 mins away from closing the shop, perhaps call in the next day morning. Moreover, if they really finished the repair just 10 mins before closing so I could pick it up. I wished they could test drive it first to confirm if the problem was fixed. Anyway, I will never know as the shopkeeper didn’t explained. As a result, the did fix the problem but not a great experience.
