Efficiency
Efficiency. Helpful staff. I was in desperate need to use a toilet which was kindly offered to me in my time of need. Plus when unable to bring in my car on the morning off I was allowed to bring in the car the previous day which was very helpful.

My issues were not addressed. Seemed that they had no time to investigate the issues. Obviously now I need to find a mechanic who actually listens.

Quick fixer
I needed a quick fix to my car which was badly needed and when I approached the team at my car Coolalinga branch they understood my urgency and straight away helped to fix the issue without an appointment it was so kind of them. Thank you guys.

Bad communication and overcharged
When I booked my car in, I was advised that I'd need a new air filter however I was not advised that my bill would be 3 times the usual cost of a service. I paid for 4.5 hours of labour however you didn't have my car for that long, it was 4 hours. I've suffered considerable stress from this encounter with your company.

I went in to get a puncher repair only…
I went in to get a puncher repair only to find out my tire had a side wall spit 😠. Management was good enough workout an awesome price for two new tires fixed balance wheel alignment all in the same price with same day fitted. Awesome work guys keep it up 👍🏾 very satisfied.
