I trust Ivan completely
I trust Ivan completely. He is always honest and doesn't try to upsell like other mechanics do. If he says something needs fixing on the car then I know it needs doing. And I know he does a good job.

Ivan, the manager, and the other team members are always polite, friendly and respectful. No question is too hard to be answered and especially Ivan was once again on top of his game. He researched and located a replacement part and contacted me to inform me about the costs involved for this additional repair work. The additional repair work didn’t go ahead but the general service was one again completed on time and to my satisfaction. Thank you Ivan.
