Timeliness matters
I like to have a timely service especially when it comes to tyres. This time I pre-booked but the staff showed great flexibility and timeliness. I hope this happens in time of emergency when I call asking to repair a flat tyre and I am given an appointment in 3-4 days. This is unhelpful and very frustrating. This keeps happening. When I found out I had a flat tyre on the way to Geelong and two mycar gave me appointments in 4 days, I was Luckily rescued by a local business in Geelong.
