They got job properly done first time without a fuss

Divan was helpful and acted very promptly in organising for my punctured car tyre to be repaired.

Easy to book in, service was completed by agreed time and car was returned in spotless condition.

My car's fuel pump stopped working. MYCAR diagnosed the problem and replaced the pump expeditiously. They were very professional in their communication with me and the car has run perfectly since.

Fast service and friendly staff.

One phone call at 3.30 to see if they could do the job. The guy said “yes”. Went straight there and the job was completed 20 mins later. Can’t get much better than that! Pleasant service as well.

I’ve been before and was impressed with the friendly helpful staff and the work was carried out quickly and efficiently.

Went in to fix a tyre with a nail and was told all four tyres needed replacing, which was clearly an exaggeration. Took the car to another shop and the tyre was repaired without issue. Felt misleading and untrustworthy. Would not recommend.

Helpful and friendly

Great bunch of mechanics. Very thorough and the job was done spot on time. Good man at the front desk too. I just couldn't understand a word of what the mechanic was saying about the car as he had a strong accent. They must try and speak more clearly to older drivers (I'm 76; not deaf or stupid but don't understand the jargon).

Gentleman let me drop my car keys with him early (office not yet open). However again they recommended I change tyres not yet down to wear markers - the same tyres they recommended changing 40,000km ago! Otherwise, hassle-free experience.

The tone the mechanic was speaking to me in was rude and disrespectful. In addition, the quote I was given was 50% more than another mechanic i called. When I went to take the car and go to the other mechanic my steering mechan8sm was fully deconstructed and I had to wait for it to be put back together. I also had a dent in the car that wasn't there prior.

Terrible, absolute crooks.
Charged for work not done then tried to slug me thousands of dollars more.
Took car in for air conditioner work. They charged $1400 to replace air conditioner fan. When problems persisted they then said the whole air conditioning unit would have to be replaced, costing $5000 more.
Took it for a second opinion and we discovered the fan had not been replaced at all. Mycar admitted they had not done the work they had charged us for, then claimed it wasn't their fault because a subcontractor did it. Glad i didn't trust them and went somewhere else.
Had been a long time customer but never again.
