Excellent service! Car serviced on time, for very reasonable price. Highly recommend the mycar store at Erina Fair!!

I had purchased a set of tyres for my wife's 2016 Holden Cruze
Yesterday morning she said her front tyre was flat due to the tightness of the nuts I had to get NRMA to assist I then called into our local Erina MYCAR and Richard said it looks like she may have hit a pot hole and split the tyre and said they were replacing under the 12 month road hazard program
What a wonderful surprised due to this action Holden advised the Cruze was due for service in September so I rang Richard and organised a service of the vehicle it has not got 30K on the clock

They took time to fit me in even though they were very busy.

The people here are super helpful, nothing seems too much of a problem, and the guy on the desk most times is a pretty engaging and knowledgeable.

The staff are all very helpful and know what they are talking about. They also let you know how long it will take and keep you informed of anything that needs sorting out.

Getting a flat tyre is always very inconvenient but it is such a relief to know that Mycar Erina is always super helpful and that they also have stock of my car's tyres. I drive a car that has smaller tyres than the average car.

Dan always goes above and beyond for us, we wouldn’t take our cars anywhere else. I’m not sure on the other guys name but he is awesome too..

I should have wised up after my last experience where they over serviced and my costs doubled without any consultation. But, I returned for a rego check and they sent a ‘fail’ to the RTA, once again without speaking with me. Obviously, they were after some extra work. I took my car elsewhere to seek a second opinion on the ‘fail rego’ and they thought it was ridiculous. But because they failed the car I had to get the work done! Avoid them at all costs

Amazing service from start to finish. I was pretty worried when I pulled into mycar this afternoon as my warning lights were flashing and Richard was kind enough to come straight over and check the problem for me. He explained the issue and gave me an accurate quote. He booked me in straight away and I was good to go by 5pm. Anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic shouldn’t hesitate to see Richard and the team at mycar Erina Fair.
