I proceeded with work recommended by my mycar for my car. After getting the car back the car vibrated as soon as the speed exceeded 80km per hour. I took the car back to get looked at and was told the drive drive shaft was not balanced correctly. It was supposedly repaired. I took the car for another test drive, the car was better but still vibrated at the same speed. I called the manager again, he agreed to take a look and agreed to install a new drive shaft. We booked it in again to have this work done. After picking the car up a day later it was confirmed that the work had not been done with no explanation other that they thought the vibration was coming from someone else. No further explanation or contact has been made by Mycar.

Staff were friendly and efficient and the work (60,000 km service) was carried out in a timely manner.

Advice - Excellent.
Personal - Easy to deal with.
Timing - fitted into my busy day.

Due to a delayed start to my car for unexpected circumstances (short staffed)
I’m extremely happy with the customer service team and outcome that they have provided me.
I would definitely recommend Mycar to family and friends.

The team at mycar Forest Hill have always provided great service, whether it be booking a service or taking the time to discuss what my car requires.
After getting a flat tyre the day before a road trip they went above and beyond to get my car back on the road.

Without going into details, I did have an issue which appeared to be a misunderstanding.
However the matter was sorted out above and beyond my expectations. Have been using Mycar T & A for a number of years and very happy with the service.

Got some new tyres put on as part of the black friday deals. The price was very competitive. The people working there were friendly and professional. Advised my how long it will take before-hand and was on time.

We had some issues with a part that was faulty, and when we took it back for repairs they were really helpful and looked after us while they made the repairs. We are always appreciative.

Car died late Thursday afternoon and parts ordered and all fixed and returned the following day!
