The staff keep you informed .They treat you with respect

My car is understaffed. Team leader is trying his best to run front desk and also work on cars.More staff is required to complete work

The centre was understaffed so it took a lot longer. More people to help the already good guys at Forster centre

The staff responded to the problem and got it fixed very quickly. They advised me of progress . Always helpful and polite .

Booked car in for service. Was told that car needed new tyres but never received a call about it. Only when I arrived was I told and then advised was too late to arrange new ones.
Asked and booked for wipers to be checked. Was told this was never requested but clearly on the booking form. Was offered to bring back car the following day to have them fit it

The poor owner is run off his feet, they need a reception person to take the load off.
He was going to help me with my car telephone but just too busy!

I had an issue with my vehicle post service/wheel alignment. I called up and spoke to Samuel, who was extremely polite, professional and efficient in having the issue rectified that very same day. Great service, Thanks Sam 🙂

The Forster store manager went over and above to help me out regarding a tyre and to top it off it was no cost due to the puncture warranty they offer.

Had booked car in with the manager for a Monday appointment, at 0800 am, agreed ready in an hour for tyres rotate and balance plus wheel alignment. Told by the manager if you see a van with mycar just come in all okay. At mycar 0740 am, a male person with a moustache in office: "Yeh what do you want". Told the storey about booking car and advised it would be ready in an hour. "That is the manager he not here today and had Friday off as well. Anyway I had a mechanic just booked off sick."
I said don't worry I will go elsewhere. I then left. I have our vehicles serviced at Mycar Sydney, Perth and Forster. With the attitude of this guy, I wouldn't trust a vehicle with him. Getting our cars serviced elsewhere in Forster - receiving good service. When in Sydney or Perth will use Mycar. Poor attitude and service at Forster.

The young gentleman that greeted me at the register and was very accommodating.
He was very busy and even then he drove me to where I wanted to go and was very pleasant.
It is so nice to walk into a business and be greeted by a warm friendly person.

The service from the manager and his team was outstanding
