Took my car here for the first time for a service and was initially happy with the experience, until 6 weeks later when my car would not start because the battery was completely dead and would not hold a charge. When I brought it back they confirmed that the battery was dead and needed to be replaced, while claiming that it had 'passed' battery testing 6 weeks earlier. If their diagnostics cannot even confirm that a major component is close to wearing out and needs to be replaced, I have very little faith that the rest of the work performed on my car was up to scratch.

Turns out I was right to doubt the rest of the work on my car was performed to a high standard, a week later I got a low coolant warning and had to bring my car back again. They had to put 150ml in and even admitted that the coolant must not have been checked or topped up in the logbook service I paid for! If I could give less than one star I would. Don't bother reaching out to customer service as they will just give you excuses as to why it wasn't their fault, and then proceed to alter their service records to make it look like everything was done at the time of service (shout out to Riley from 'customer service' for that one).

Service is always great at MyCar Tyre & Auto located at Geebung QLD. Staff are helpful & answers all of my questions. Recently had my car serviced, which was really quick & the team did great - runs a lot more smoother.

Staff and in particular manager was very helpful, I felt he was giving me good advice.

The staff at Mycar are always courteous and efficient, explaining everything that is happening with my car. Very helpful indeed.

Amazing team! My car broke down last year and got towed here, I will always go back, they are all really knowledgable and friendly. Just got my car serviced and they were really helpful with what needed to be done asap and things just to keep an eye on :)
