Great communication from the workers and a great service all round.

Had a service, new brakes and new suspension.
Job done well, on time, no hidden/extra cost and reasonably priced. And the car feels, sounds and drives like new again.

Happy with service, however was charged $350 dollars for 2 hours of labour, quite pricey,however other than that was good service

I found the team to be honest about the work they were doing. My only negative comment is they did not have a cheaper tyre alternate in stock, but I have no doubt my Perilli tyres will last a long time.

Needed a boat trailer tyre replaced and Nathan was fantastic, had me sorted in no time will be back in future for all my tyre and auto needs

I believe the team are honest and have no problems with the service of my vehicle.

I had an emergency problem and the team reacted very quickly and were very friendly and helpful. They also diagnosed the problem that same day and were very kind to give me advice on how I could get the problem fixed.

Very prompt and courteous

The log book wasnt returned from the previous service. I asked this time if they had it and they said no. Log book has never left the glove box except for when MyCar serviced it. Called me mid service and said my car needed 2 fronr tyres and rear break pads changed. Almost 1100 for the lot which is disgustingly overpriced. I called other businesses for quotes and they didnt come close to that awful number. They wrote on the sticker to come back after 10,000km when in fact my car requires 15,000km so thats another money grab. Not returning.

My issue is when I picked up my car. There was oily hand prints on the inside and outside of the door and all over the steering wheel. A bit of care would be appreciated.
