Had a flat tyre and needed to get it punched and put back on the car. MyCar Gungahlin explained well what needs to be done and booked me in on their first available time. I appreciate the call when they needed to replace the tyre instead before they actually proceed. The tyre program plan and free roadside assist which I both used on this occasion were good value. Highly recommended

I asked for car to be checked for a possible bearing failure in the back of the car. After repairs were done, I drove the car away from the service centre and at 70-80kph the noise from the back left bearing was still there. I was advised that noises in the car were not heard from the right area. Mycar Centre replaced the front right bearing etc. I wasn't able to return to the mycar centre during business hours because I needed to return to home asap. Driving it back to home (800kms) the noise was very bad. Not keen to drive the car back to Canberra for Xmas until I save money.

Asked for Essential Plus. Got exactly that and a cheerful handover of the key without any usual mechanic threats of the car being a lemon in a fortnight.

the service there was quick and responsive

Very helpful staff who took the time to explain to me what was needed and even without me requesting it offered to show me a part they had changed, demonstrating why it needed changing and explaining its role in the car. They fitted me in at short notice and never made me feel they did not respect me or were trying to trick me.

Car was ready earlier than expected

Extremely professional, well priced and most of all honest. I would recommend these guys to everyone!
