Excellent services provided by Aron at the front desk although there is some communications that needs to be sorted out with customer service as I am registered under 2 names with mycar but same car rego.

The team at my car went above and beyond to fix a persistent issue with my vehicle which was causing further damage to other parts of my car. They explained thoroughly what they were doing to address it and to ensure that it would not happen again, the team did an excellent job.

All the friendly staff members were extremely helpful by providing professional, honest information about my car. They explained it to me in simple terms, which I could understand. I was grateful for this as I am a femaie with very little understanding about cars.

Took car for a routine service to Innaloo store. This is an old car and was quoted for over $3000 in repairs including CV shaft done last time and radiator cap. Seems to need replacing every time. Quoted for new tyres which did not accept. Tyre pressure was not checked and adjusted during service.

All your staff were professional and helpful. A pleasure to deal with.

The mechanics were very insightful and explained clearly what needed doing on my car. They went beyond by dropping off my car.

I went in this morning after discovering a screw in one of my tyres. I left the tyre with them and returned later that afternoon to find everything sorted. The repaired tyre was refitted, all the pressures were checked, and my space‑saving spare was neatly put back in the boot along with the jack and tools. The staff were friendly, helpful, and delivered exactly what they promised. Excellent service throughout.

Had my VW serviced as usual by the guys at Innaloo and as usual they did a great job for a very competitive price. The attitude is always polite, patient and helpful and with the set price I don't have to worry about nasty surprises. I also get advice of what might need to be done in the future.

So easy to get in contact with and such lovely people in the phone. Offered me 3 tiers of service for my budget, not just immediately for top tier 💰.
Includes after work warranty and care. Location in top of Innaloo shipping centre make it so convenient too

My husband handled my car service a I was away in a remote community. He mentioned to the guys that we were driving the vehicle back up the northwest over 3000km. They were thorough with their service; even contacted him asking if they could keep it over another night as could hear a sound that they were not sure about. They duly sorted it out and the car, a sexy older classic Ford 2010 is purring.

Amazingly helpful, especially as I had missed an earlier appointment.
Could not fault the experience and the vehicle was ready almost an hour earlier than expected. 🥰

On Friday 13th Feb 2026 I was caught with a leaking tyre valve on the day I had to pick our grand baby up from the airport. The manager listened, stopped what he was doing, replaced the valve and got one of the mechanics to check the air pressure in the car tyres, all at no cost. Knowledgeable, compassionate and a real community minded gentleman. A huge thank you for saving the day 🙏
