Fast service and on time

No mention of this in store , only report given was tyre wheel and alignment.

When I left the car for log book service, after a while the mechanic called me to confirm certain things need to be done with the service and one of the item was the car wheels alignmnets needs to be done which costed me 89$ approx and as a layman I am not sure how to check and confirm was it really done and are there any methods I should verify myself, there was a paper given with some data for it which I cant really understand and all I will have to do was to trust and gamble 90$ along with. Infact, I sugegst a photo evidence should be given to customers for all the elements of the work(example old item and the replaced new item), not that hard, to take some pictures and send it to the customer email. Infact I dont have time now , and I will definetly take my car to confirm with the RAC to check with the data sheet given to me, this service costed approx 530$ while I dont have a job at the moment, wouldnt mind spending another 70 to 100 $ to validate the service.

I booked my car service at Parkmore Mycar. The Service guy Roneel did a thorough check and informed me with the faulty parts that need replaced. Im happy with the excellent service they provided.

I am greatly grateful to Parkmore workshop staff for their honest focus on customer service in every aspect and the best efforts paid to solve problems in the most effective and least expensive way. As much as fixing car issues could be a pleasure - that was definitely the case. My best recommendations and great thanks!

Oh what a great service very friendly staff especially Adel and Roni they willing to assist everyone, buddy I tried to get a tip to apprentice Adel but he told me we have to help each other this is my obligation. I hardly recommend everyone to go at this friendly place.

Had a tyre puncture and made an appointment to have it fixed. The manager was very friendly and helpful. I did end up taking it back because the tyre pressure was off but they fitted me in and fixed it promptly. Good service.

The best service experience I’ve had. Always took my car to a main dealer but never again. Reasonable pricing, advance warning of work required. No surprises. Log book stamped and free roadside assist. The gentleman on the front desk was friendly and exuded experience with both customer service and knowledge of my car. Could not fault anything. Car drives beautifully and the wheel balancing was perfect. Captiva’s are notorious for being difficult and my regular dealer never got it right.

My car needed a big service and there were several things that needed extra attention. Singh, the manager, kept me informed all the way about challenges he had with parts availability and potential costs. His integrity and professionalism in going the extra mile to help out with some hard to get parts and potentially expensive repairs really blew my mind. Can't recommend enough.
