My tyre was flat and I contacted mycar Tyre & Auto Roadside Assist. The staff arrived very quickly to fix a temporary tyre for me.

I rang Mr Singh to book an appointment to change the temporary tyre and he said I can come now. Appreciate this quick response and immediate service. This car service centre is highly recommended with friendly and helpful staff. Thumb 👍 up and job well done.

Communication was so bad, they didn't call until I call them and check how my car goes. Mechanic only inform few things and I agree to do. When I come to collect then I realise that so many other major things need to be done but they didn't inform me. Promise me that they will give me quote, nothing happen, phone them and then still unable to give me quotes. Email them and no response
I hope they get more better in communing with their customers.

My Recent experience was terrible to say the least, I had a very rude, arrogant and unhelpful manager/ supervisor at MyCar Keysborough; (I complained to Customer Service). When I recently booked my car in for Service/Repairs he was very rude from the start, and unhelpful to say the least. I have been using Kmart tyre and Auto/My car for a number of years and this has been a new low

They did the right thing and calling to check that I was okay to go ahead with repairs but, they did not give me an eta on the parts that were being shipped separately from another supplier. They said it would be ready around 12pm but I didn’t leave until nearly 2pm. No sincere apologies for the delay, a chocolate or cup of tea in apology would have be fine. Guy at the desk didn’t communicate very clearly and didn’t acknowledge people when they first walked in the door

Manager was very helpful and provided good service. They were punctual with my appointment and service was provided within timeframe quoted.
