I spoke on the phone reguarding what needed fixing on my car, booked the car in & drive 3hrs 15 mins to my appointment
Only to be told as the car was also being serviced that day , that my car does not do auto electrical repairs which I had discussed. Previously on the phone. The dealer seemed to be frustrated & annoyed that I commented that they did speak to me previously about my vehicle & they are advertised as auto. Not impressed .

Great to deal with.
The guys at Launceston are great. They service all three vehicles and tyres as well. Just fitted a large nudge bar to my van in 2 hours. Others wanted much more to do it. Roadside assist provided is great peace of mind.
Can highly recommend them. Thanks Aaron and Sam. Just to clarify two reviews a couple of days apart. Our SUBARU was serviced on Wednesday and the FIAT today. David and Maree Munday

Aaron and his team went above and beyond. As I have a RAM 3500 he had to locate a service kit from Brisbane.
He gave me the price upfront, and returned calls when I had questions.

Easy and efficiient purchase and fitting
Staff were pleasant and accommodating of me and my dog while the tyres were fitted and the wheels aligned. I couldn't fault the service and unhesitatingly recomment this service.
