Level of customer service has slipped
I usually get a phone call post inspection of my vehicle which is nice to breakdown anything that might need to be done or what was found. This time I didn’t get that level of service.
I also had in my notes about the seal of my windscreen which needed to be re glued I have never heart of an auto shop not having the glue for this so was very disappointed that now I have to organise to take it somewhere else to have this rectified. Also if the matter had have been discussed over the phone I could have organised it for the same day.

The prpcess of being able to buy on line and book an appointment for fitting was there but I chose to call and check stock at a particular store. The operator was helpfull and from there the booking etc was easy. The staff at Lilydale were also friendly and helpfull.

Booking was easy.
Staff were friendly and helpful, not only that,but they listened.
I received an update after the inspection. No surprises.
Afterpay was also available, so I was able to spread the cost out.
