Symptoms of vehicle instability still not diagnosed following ($249) car service and rear shocks replacement. I brought the car back again and was told it was "weird" that they couldn't find the problem despite acknowledging that there is something wrong with the steering/suspension during a road test. The only advice was to wait awhile for the car to stabilise after the rear shocks replacement.

Booked car in for service. Dropped it in and was told ready by 12. Not even started when I went to collect. Serviced in 20 mins and missed 2 light gloves they I had reported to them to fix. Not impressed. Not an isolated incident

The people at MyCar Midlands are amazing. I am a 70 year old Lady and they helped me with my flat tyre and Aaron who changed it for was a lovely young man. The next day they arranged for me to get a new tyre. A big Thank-you too the Boys at Midlands MyCar.

Attention to me as a customer was sadly lacking. The follow up at the end of the service was non existent. I was disappointed in the customer service, as other dealings with my car have been without fault.
The positive was I was booked in promptly.
The car seems to be running well.

I have been having my servicing done at Midland for years, my last couple of experiences at this store I felt very disappointed with the front desk person, I felt like no one cared and I was left feeling like a nuisance, I was considering going elsewhere but this service has made me reconsider and will continue using Midland Mycar

Always informative with what work is needed doing, costs and letting you know how long and call me to let me know when all is done. Nice staff

Just a few seconds when I picked up my car, I had to return to MyCar shop after the malfunction indicator lamp / engine light began flashing on the instrument panel, indicating a potential engine issue.

They should have checked everything’s okay before telling the customer to pick up the car.

Booked my car for 4 new tyres. Was quoted and invoiced on Kumho but when I picked up my car they had swapped with Avandra (their own brand). Ive tried calling them to get either the tyres replaced as per the receipt or for them to change the receipt to reflect the tyres that they actually put on my car. But I have tried calling them multiple times and I have not been able to get through to the store. When I have spoken to Mycar customer service reps they advise that I need to deal with the store only - and they are unable to solve this issue for me. There is no email for the store where I bought the tyres so the only option I have is to ring and wait on hold. Ive wasted more time on hold and trying to get this stupid mistake sorted than I think it was worth buying cheaper tyres. Once I get my invoice updated I will be sending an invoice for the time I wasted on the phone and I will ensure I dont buy more tyres from MyCar.

The team at myCar Midland are a great bunch to deal with, always friendly and helpful. Get this - I called to advise I was going to be 5 to 10 minutes late in collecting my car by 5:30pm closing time, Ryan said it's not a problem he'll wait for me. That is customer service. Much appreciated!

Great communication with the customer and service technicians

Parked at the shopping centre and got a flat tyre. I went to Mycar where Ryan was very friendly and helped me change my tyre to drive it around to get repaired. The manager and employees there were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back there and recommend them to friends.

Midland store went over and beyond to fix the issues we had with the Cloverdale store - would recommend. Professional and accommodating. Thank you!
Would not however recommend Cloverdale store - they don’t appear to know what they’re doing.
