Really Great service. Explained the details well, so was aware of work needed upfront. Was able to get a part in and changed on the day, which made the experience seamless, and was appreciated.

I felt they were trustworthy from the get go and what’s better - they offered roadside assistance just for being a customer of full car services. Talk about a win-win. Plus you can pay beforehand adding to the trust factor.

Overcharging + scamming
A number of things needed to be fixed to pass rego. I was quoted $2000 for everything. After discussing these fixes with my brother who is a mechanic, he proceeded to tell me that some of these things were fixed the last time he serviced my car and that for all the necessary fixes and labour it would only cost $500. I was quoted well above what it should cost and additional items were added on that didn’t need fixing. Very unhappy with the level of trust and I will not be coming back.

Takes 5 days s to fix 2 tyres
I went in to have a tyre fixed on Thursday. They advised that I need to replace 2 tyres and they need to order it and to come back on Tuesday. I went on Tuesday as advised and they tell me that the tyres have not arrived and would only come in at 2 pm. I left my car with your company and collected it at 5:20 pm after they called me at 5:10pm that the car was ready to be collected.

Tyre Replacement
The branch was very busy when I brought in my car for repair. I had to follow up status of my job a few times. Nevertheless I felt the advice given was honest as I could have been given misleading advice which would have meant extra cost. I would consider using again if the need arises.
