Scott at Parramatta store very professional and helpful. Great team and very happy with their work.

I have clearly mentioned issue of my car on phone. He replied need to go auto electrician and called me to come on monday. When i went there after running diagnosing referred to auto electrician. What is the meaning of asking to come for service after knowing the issue when they can’t solve it.

Quick service

It was easy to book (online) and the location of the mechanic was close to home. Value for money with the free roadside assistance as well, so we have peace of mind for the next 12 months. Could not recommend this place more. They also explained what was done & where to follow up (we have a potential transmission problem & they recommended some transmission specialists).

Being my first experience with MyCar Tyre & Auto, I give it 4 star for my rating!

The followings are my feedbacks:
1. One thing I like is its location, being in one complex with Westfield Parramatta, I could do shopping and have a coffee break while awaiting my BYD being serviced.
2. I also appreciate that it gave a reminder of the appointment, 2 days prior.
3. Lastly, should it be able to include a free car-washing at the end of the service, that would be great. As a comparison, with Honda Service at Rydalmere, I get a free washing service for my Honda HRV, at the end of each routine service.
