Amazing service from the gentlemen that fixed my car and the lovely lady behind the desk

Pricing and booking in were great.
Car was booked in for 4 new tyres and alignment. Within a couple of days vibration was noticed. On inspecting the vehicle I found that on one wheel the wheel nuts were all loose with one only on by a couple of threads.
This could have resulted in a serious accident.
On the other wheels the wheel nuts were not torqued properly with some being under torqued and others being over torqued. The car was returned to have the balance and alignment checked only to be told that they couldn’t do an alignment on this car and hadn’t done the alignment that had been paid for. We were allowed to drive an unsafe car and paid for work that hadn’t been completed with no communication.
Will not be going back to MyCar Redbank Plains.
However the team at MyCar Redbank were great and I would recommend.
Did the alignment and ensured everything was completed correctly.

The team at Redbank Plains Townsquare not only diagnosed the issue with my vehicle but had parts ordered in and my car fixed and ready to be picked up on the same day. I only received a call to pick my car up at 5:15 pm (they close at 5:30) and Donna, the receptionist, said that she was happy to keep the office open so I didn’t have to go the night without me car. She really didn’t have to do this, I appreciate it so much!

Great service got us in at the last minute.

They got everything done right on time. As always they did great job on my car. I had it serviced, got new tyres and also they diagnosed my car and recommended new spark plug for the car as it had already done 300k which was very helpful. They are the best around the place.

We received great service at the mycar Tyre and Auto (Redbank Town Square).
They slotted us in at short notice and our car was ready on time.
Also they were much cheaper then the other auto shops. 5 stars*****

The team at My Car saved my day. My car broke down close to them on my way to work. And even though they were extremely busy, they got my car inside, dropped me off at work and fixed the car before I finished work. These guys are amazing and I can't thank them enough.

Can't belive 250 dollars for diagnostic test , got same test done at exhaust shop ipswich mufflers. 55 dollars exactly same test ,really my car you should do better .no help here , but, redbank plaza my car , very good customer service they know what there talking about , real mechanic to answer call and advise , reception at other my car not much use at all, anyway that's just my opion ,funny thing is he the mechanic at redbank plains was as useful and as helpful as , phar lap with no legs ,
