Staff, service and the speediness of repair

Great customer service. Needed tyres immediately, had them in stock, got an appointment within the hour and all completed with wheel alignment within 60mins.

Simple, polite, easy, prompt

These Guys running the shop are brilliant, so helpful and manage to go that extra yard to fulfil needs. Very good prices on everything to do with tyres.
If your looking at anything to do with them, at least try giving a call.
Been there 3 or 4 times and 100% sorted out issues including emergency repairs.
Brilliant experience all round.

I always get great service at Reynella my car The service is done promptly and professionally but the biggest asset at this business is the staff ….they are super friendly and go out if their way to explain any inquires or concerns l have regarding my vehicle

I have booked in my Car for Wheel alignment, the lady who took the call was very pleasant and respectful, price was reasonable, so this review is not as a result of my phone interactions with her as i cannot fault her phone manner

but what i hate with a passion is the Pay and give a review, BEFORE even anyone has even touched my Car, THIS COMPANY POLICY STINKS , how do you expect people to respect this Policy , the Australian way is to pay for a service, be it a meal or car service is to pay AFTER, not before, and how can you expect people to give honest reviews BEFORE interactions, it stinks of self entitlement and manipulation of individuals right to give Honest answers. After Service's Rendered , not sure after this service will i be returning, regardless of the Service, purely because the COMPANY POLICY STINKS

Thumbs 👍to the lady doing her job BUT as for the COMPANY 👎 EXPECTATIONS ARE SH...T , its only because you are close to a shopping centre and i can do something meaningful while waiting is your ONLY saving grace, or i simply would have gone elsewhere

Great fast service, excellent staff and help, fair price, great work and advice and fast turnaround.

the staff were great with communication and had my vehicle in and out promptly with minimum fuss. The brakes were done on this occasion and now that I have had them done, I will definitely return again.

They were accommodating and thorough and explained everything and gave options.

First time I tried my car, at Reynella for a log book service, Brent was friendly professional and knowledgeable found I had other issues, we worked out a plan for a later date and I'll be back to sort them out. The service was spot on and the car was ready before time, these guys don't muck around good job. 👍

Friendly and honest team, really go above and beyond for customer service, have taken multiple vehicles there for fixes without issue and no dramas since then either, cannot recommend enough
