Indifference to customer experience
The wheel alignment , balancing and rotation was very fast and was done in less than 30 mins. So barely any wait time. What was disappointing was there was absolutely no explanation or hand over comments on how things were and what was done. It is important to know what was done . Since this was prepaid , I was just handed the invoice and car key.
My dealership service centre does better where they show me the report of what was before and after alignment and explanation of rotation and anything that they noticed like wear of tyres etc. there is no cost advantage to come to Mycar and of service is poor too, I will look elsewhere now.
They purposely had disconnected my dashcam by pulling out power cable when they drove into service bay! This with hurried service with zero communication makes me wonder if I chose poorly by going to them.

My car was booked to have a wheel…
My car was booked to have a wheel rotation & alignment. First date booked was cancelled by Mycar due to an electrical issue in the workshop. Work was re-booked for 5/5/26. I was asked to prepay for the rotation & alignment. When the car was apparently finished I was made aware there was some additional work recommended & to call back if I wanted it completed. After getting home I read the technician comments that they couldn’t do the wheel alignment due to excessive wear to the bushings to the control arms. I went back to the store to clarify with the Manager whereby he offered a refund for the alignment that he didn’t know wasn’t done. The problem I have with this is the cost to replace the control arms & the other recommended items came to $3750.00. Another example of older Australians being taken advantage of. I definitely won’t be back there
