Staff were friendly. Car was kept in good condition. Gave an update of the work done and some advice.

They were under staffed and under the pump on the day but still did the job.

Good quality service, very friendly and inviting.

I dropped my car in for a repair in Feb at first and they charged for inspection but never give me a quote despite of many times of request by phone calls for nearly two months.

Guys at MYCAR Waverley Gardens did a great job. Went the extra mile to make sure what i needed which was on a limited time schedule was completed without a hitch. Although they were quite busy that day i felt very well looked after non the less. Keep it up fellas! Nelson

The team at Mycar Waverley Gardens are always so helpful and just make things happen. Very nice and easy to deal with, no surprises as they communicate really well what they are doing and what might need to happen next. Very happy with their service.

Pleasant person on reception desk,was told a time when my car would be ready, they text to let me when it was. Great experience, got tyres at a really good price. Customer service was excellent.

Did the plus service but tyres were not polished. Missing service reminder decal. Guys are usually helpful perhaps there were too many jobs.

I had an appointment for 2 new tyres that I purchased, the appointment was for 3pm.
I had called ahead to the store and to myCar online team to leave notes on which wheel to replace and specific instructions.
the person who spoke to me (I'm guessing the manager) asked me to come at 5:30pm, which is their closing time, I couldn't understand why. He was okay to speak to on the phone.
Nevertheless, when I arrived, the attitude of the person at reception was not good at all.... it seemed like I was a burden rather than a customer, he was short with me, and I had to repeat my notes and instructions to their team at the store.
although my technical fix was completed, it wasn't a pleasant experience with myCar.
I'm leaving this review so that other customers may have a better experience.

Prompt and they listen to your request.

Communication before and during the service was excellent. They explained why a wheel alignment was needed without pressuring to get it done. The cost of the service and wheel alignment was very reasonable.

Reliable, efficient and well priced.

Andrew and his team did a great job on the car for its 90K service. Also need tyres which was fitted at the same time. First time at this workshop but came highly recommended by a friend.

Was able to fix and finish work on short notice, very good service and highly recommend
