Very friendly staff and great service. Prices are very reasonable. Everything was explained prior to any work being done.

This location is chronically short-staffed, relying on fill-ins from other stores, which leads to major mistakes. I was originally quoted three days to complete two repairs. Instead, they repeatedly ordered the wrong parts, kept my car for over a week, and only finished one job before telling me to take my car somewhere else for the remaining work. Because of their continuous mess-ups, I had to pay out of pocket for a rental car. When I asked who was responsible for these extra costs, I was told they couldn't help me. I will say the manager is genuinely nice; he mentioned he desperately needs extra staff but is having no luck finding anyone. However, his hands seem tied, and the overall experience was highly frustrating and cost me unnecessary time and money.

Staff very where very courteous,I had a my car serviced and new tyres put on explained everything. I didn’t have to wait all day for my car , prices where excellent for both service and tyres.

I went in because on my dash board it keeps saying low tire so I went and put air in it the next day it came back on my dash board low tire so I assumed my tire has a puncture so I make a appointment with them saying this and they say come in tomorrow so I did they seemed nice when I left my keys but when I came back to see what the problem was they were nothing but rude and condersending towards me they didn't tell me what the problem was they just said any more problems don't come back here go to delacombe I would advised all females not to come to the Stockland mycar as they are rude and treat you like your dumb and guess what the low tire is still on my dash board if I have an accident I hold them responsible.

First time using the Wendouree store. Great customer service, friendly staff. Upon pickup they explained the service, and were very knowledgeable overall. Highly recommend. Will be back on a regular basis.

Everything from the booking system to the drop off of my car for servicing to the phone check-ins to the final pick up after completion of the service was amazing. The manager who I dealt with was so friendly and committed to helping me understand everything he was doing and even added in things that I completely forgot about but meant to ask about and he was never grumpy when I asked questions and talked through the issues he found with the car. My little Mazda 2 is running the best she ever has and I'm very grateful for the service I got at my car Wendouree. Highly recommended the team there for anything car related. They are amazing.
