A tyre puncture on a cold, wet day is not what you want.
I went to Mycar Wyoming unannounced. They willingly offered to repair the puncture as a priority. They had me back on the road in the time it took to enjoy a cup of coffee. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. Based on my experience I can highly recommend Mycar Wyoming.

Return customer after living away from area. Arrived very late in afternoon to get screw in tyre looked at, the guys at Arana Hills took care of my issue on the spot, I honestly figured I just be getting a quote at that time of day. 20 mins later received a phone call saying ready to go! Thanks Guys!

Less than one star. They missed a massive crack in my radiator and all of the leaks from my air condition system and didn’t top up coolant etc etc etc.

Very helpful , gave great instructions to help my parents pay for the service, as they from out of town , prompt emailing for quotes and got the job done by the time I needed to help ease my anxiety. Thank you

Staff where great on Saturday needed a quick fix and was out in 10 min. Staff were very accommodating and helpful.

I came to your service in Belmont Forum in Perth for a routine oil service and had the engine oil and air filters replaced. About two weeks later, I noticed that the dashboard air vent for the air conditioning was no longer working.

I returned to the same workshop but they told me the problem was unrelated to their work and that the air filter assembly needed to be replaced, quoting me around $350.

The strange thing is that I had owned this car for 2.5 years before this service and had never experienced this issue. I can’t say anything about their other branches but I definitely do not recommend this one.

Now I have to spend extra money fixing a problem that didn’t exist before the service. I certainly won’t be paying them to do the repair. Instead, I’ll take my car to the service center and from now on I’ll only use the manufacturer’s service centre for maintenance.

We have had excellent service by the team at My Car. We have been taking our cars there for years, all different makes and models and have always had excellent service and our cars have always been super when we pick them up.

I am servicing my car in Katoomba Service centre for the past 8 years, and with very few problems, my experience was always great - with staff and service provided. With very few exceptions, I do prefer this service than Mercedes. Thanks.

I had some problem with my car and oil light was coming on screen & car was not driving smoothly so I called mycar cause I had last time my car serviced from there and they did an excellent job, on the phone they asked me to come so they can check it. I had to say that excellent people are working there, next day when I went the guy who was manager there he remembered our conversation and straight away he asked one of the guy to check my car & put the oil in. Without charging any money from me they did it for free. Excellent work guys 👏👏👏

A quick clean with a rag and a spray, on a filthy rim with grease ,which wasn’t on rim 1 hour earlier for a young female s car, love to send photo, guess it’s not there job hey!

I booked my vehicle in for new tires & wheel alignment from 9:00am–12:00pm, having paid in full two weeks earlier to secure that booking window. I arrived on time as scheduled.

When I dropped the car off, I found the customer service interaction unprofessional and it left me feeling uncomfortable. The staff member made several unusual comments about death that were inappropriate in a customer service setting.

At drop-off, I explained that I needed the car back no later than 1:00pm as I was working that afternoon. I specifically arranged my day by taking the morning off to accommodate the booking.

At 12:40pm, I received a phone call which I assumed was to let me know my car was ready for collection. Instead, I was told that the tire change hadn't even been started and that the car would be ready later that day.

I explained that I needed the vehicle for work and had made this clear when I booked it in. The response I received was essentially, "Well, come and pick it up then. What other day would you like to book it in?" There was no apology, no acknowledgement that my time had been wasted, and no attempt to find a solution. I explained that I had taken the morning off specifically for the appointment, but this appeared to make no difference.

The overall experience left me feeling that my time was not valued. I had paid in advance to secure a specific booking window, organised my work commitments around that appointment, and yet the service had not even commenced by the end of the agreed timeframe. The lack of communication, accountability and customer care was extremely disappointing.

I'm giving two stars because the price match was competitive. However, the requirement to pay for the service upfront before any work is carried out feels like a hard-sell tactic and, given my experience, only added to the frustration.
