I recently upgraded to a BMW and did not take it to BMW for the service.
Off i went to mycar Marrickville and as always with my previous cars, i left extremely satisfied with not only the quality of their service but also the affordability of it.
There is no other place i would trust with my car but these guys.

I got my car tyre replacement
I got my car tyre replacement, wheel balancing/alignment and received very good service.
Auto mechanic was fully focused on my car. He checked and test without even asking.

Great service
Great service, friendly team. Didn’t give it 5 stars as it took a while for the part to come in and I had a 7 hour wait before finding out the part hadn’t arrived yet.

Limited BYD capabilities
Whilst the Service personnel were nice, I have a few critical feedback items:
1. Inability to diagnose / provide an answer to why my cars inbuilt gps is not working. Told to contact BYD to investigate.
2. No answer as to why my front tyres are bald given it is only 12 months old and only one about 14k
I will be taking the car directly to BYD for servicing as I believe they will be able to do more in terms of the cars electronics

Mycar at Cammeray kind heroes
Tuesday 23June26 just at nightfall. My car tells me to top up the oil, so I pulled in to Mycar at Cammeray. The shop had no supplies of the synthetic oil mix I needed. So I walked into the mechanics service area to ask what else I should use. They had the correct oil mix and put 1.5 litres into my car. I will remember this kindness for a long time - thank you to the Mycar Cammeray heroes.

Came in for a tyre replacement - unfortunately, the tyre didn't arrive on time as planned. The team handled it brilliantly with early communication and regular updates.
The team was warm, friendly, and professional from start to finish. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall.
