I recently purchased a Microsoft Office license from MyCodes24 and had an issue with compatibility, as the version I initially received was for Windows instead of Mac.

I reached out to their support team, and I must say the response was prompt and professional. They clearly understood the issue and offered a solution quickly. I appreciate their willingness to resolve the concern and provide an alternative suitable for my needs.

Getting my lifetime Office installed was a huge hassle (because I wanted to use a new e-mail, but my old MS365 acct kept getting in the way). It required many exchanges with "david" over 2 days. But while the process was painful, David was great. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and patient throughout, and the end result was a successful installation.

I purchased Windows 11 upgrade, it doesn’t work on my computer. I get a message that my CPU is not compatible. Impossible to talk to anyone. I get sent to a third party to resolve my problem for a fee. Just want my money back.

Well, I'm of a certain age. I'm not as well abreast with technology as most. Therefore, it took some time & lots of patient. Both of which was extended to me, on the dime. frustrating i very disappointed this product doesn't work. they miss mislead you into purchasing a a product that is literally impossible to install . if you want to spend hours trying to installed beam, my guest. and my Case I'm just hoping to get my money back
