frustrating i very disappointed this product doesn't work. they miss mislead you into purchasing a a product that is literally impossible to install . if you want to spend hours trying to installed beam, my guest. and my Case I'm just hoping to get my money back

We purchased 3 licenses off of GroupOn. They give a very detailed play-book on how the process works and what steps you need to take. We made sure we followed the play-book as instructed. The process from beginning to end took less than 30 minutes and products were delivered and worked as they should. We would not hesitate to purches this in the future.

I had an issue when I reset my computer in which I ruinedy first office I ordered and with a quick email chat .. I was given a complimentary office 2014 professional free of charge!! Now that's top notch....And I've already ordered another copy for the GF....

My wife was using an outdated Office Professional 2007. It was so old it couldn't read newer Word files. We updated to Office 2024 using Mycodes24 and everything is up to date. The price was great and we don't have to pay monthly fees. We are very happy with the product and their support team were prompt and helpful. I purchased a Microsoft Office perpetual license from Mycodes24, and so far my experience has been very positive. The product has been genuinely useful and, honestly, a bit of a lifesaver. Horrible experience trying to redeem my Microsoft Office program. No one to talk to just a big high tech nightmare. What are you doing trying to drive away business? The high tech nerds need to get out in the world to experience how actual human beings operate. Sorry for all the fraud you're trying to prevent but my god there's got to be a better way. I can't even see my old orders. They don't recognize my sign on user name and password. You took my money easy enough but I'm refusing to do business with a company that won't even talk over the phone.

Everyone makes mistakes. I expect that. It’s what they do when they realize there is a problem. I gave them five stars not for making a mistake but for working hard to correct it. They did an excellent job with their follow through fixing the problem which seemed bigger than at first. VERY WELL DONE

Rapid response in helping me to recover a product key for a purchase made a couple of years ago. I needed to reinstall software on a new computer and they were most helpful in getting me the information I needed.
