I was having problems accessing my Window 11 download

I was having problems accessing my download, but David stuck with me until I was able to access my product. It took me a couple of days to do this. David provided me a link and instructions to access my product. I have never seen a tech support so committed to the customer as David was. David is a true committed Tech Support. David, you have my utmost thanks!!

Check w/This Company Before You Buy Software Elsewhere

Very happy to have stumbled upon this company. Just bought MS Office Professional Plus. While I was a bit hesitant since I had never heard of this company before, I must say the installation process was pretty fast and rather smooth. A couple of hiccups, but David from Mycodes24 helped me through them with ease. I will look to them again in the future.

I wrecked my laptop

I purchased MS OFFICE 2021 PRO PLUS via Groupon and mycodes24.com. Everything worked well until I used a cleaner software to clean up old files on my laptop. After which my pass word would not work, finally resulting in me having to re format. This action was a disaster. I emailed David at mycodes24.com of my self made disaster, who responded the same day (Saturday), and explained that after re formatting the computer, my software will not work.
David put my disastrous at rest by graciously offering a complimentary replacement 2021 office software with new key.
The service I received from mycodes24.com was above and beyond anything I could have imagined, and I highly recommend them and David.

Purchased MS Office 2024 in January &

Purchased MS Office 2024 in January and finally got around to installing it in March. The initial Activation code did not work. No problem however, I replied to David at mycodes24.com (On a Saturday) who sent the first code and within 10 minutes received another code that worked perfectly. Bravo to customer service from MyCodes24.com

WINDOZE ON THE CHEAP - YAY!

Came to their site for redemption of an Win Office 2024 Suite via Groupon for the new [to me] AlienWare device and all went smoothly... to be honest, I hope to NEVER need to contact them again since all is downloaded / installed / activated BUT if the need arises, my experience so far indicates problems will be addressed and issues solved. RECOMMENDED

Mycodes24 is a great company

Anytime I have an issue with my copy of Office 2024 they are quick to respond and provide a solution. I would definitely recommend using Mycodes24 for software purchases

Superb Microsoft license and installation transaction.

In conjunction with Groupon, Mycodes24 is a phenomenally excellent vendor. I purchased a perpetual license for Microsoft Office365 and the transaction went through smoothly and the download and installation were flawless. Thanks, Mycode24 and Groupon, for a fantastic experience.
