Nabila Qaderi provided an outstanding service during the Electrical Certificate inspection of my property. She was punctual, arriving before the agreed time, and made several calls beforehand to confirm the appointment. She was patient, polite, and professional, waiting for the tenant to arrive and ensuring the inspection could proceed smoothly.
She completed the work thoroughly, provided helpful recommendations, and offered advice on resolving a few issues. Her professionalism and attention to detail were excellent. I would definitely use her services again and highly recommend her to others.

She completed all necessary checks thoroughly and took the time to explain things clearly. Once everything was finished, she even took time to have a friendly chat with me, which made the whole experience feel very personal and pleasant.
It was a pleasure to deal with her, and her friendly and professional manner really made a difference. I would be more than happy to recommend the service based on my experience.
