Great Service
The booking process was straightforward and the price was great. I received an email confirming my appointment straight away, telling me who was coming out. David arrived on time. He introduced himself. He was very professional and explained what he needed to do.
I would 100% recommend this company and I’d use them again. Great service.

Abhorrent customer service - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Abhorrent customer service for an end of tenancy clean.
My constructor arranged for an end of tenancy clean including full carpet clean, the poor lad who turned up could barely speak English - the company tried to solicit extra money from us via a bank transfer for work that we had already agreed to be done.
The clean itself was incredibly sub par, carpets left dirty and floors left worse than before the clean had started.
My constructor claims to have a money back guarentee if you are not happy, however this doesn’t work in practice - we were offered a £50 goodwill payment (which was their attempt to make the issue go away).
When complaining to my constructor about this, the American man who answered the phone accused my girlfriend of faking the pictures and audibly laughed at her.
I will be taking this up with trading standards and the ombudsman, this kind of predatory and illicit practise has no business operating in the way they do.
Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs - to put it simply, they are a bunch of crooks who don’t uphold any of their promises.
If anyone from my constructor is reading this - shame on you and your disgusting customer service and business practises.
