Disappointed ☹️.. looks nothing like the pictures I sent. I purchased 2 and one came broken and they don’t bobble like you think they would… not worth the money.

It looks nothing like the pics! The eye color was wrong it was supposed to be blue eyes and they gave him brown eyes. And the hair??? I wished I had sent a picture with a hat.

Looks great, the end product is awesome.

This company is a Chinese scam. They pretend to be US-based when everything is based in Guangzhou China.

The Bobbleheads look absolutely NOTHING like the source images, they’ll ship out the wrong items even when you haven’t approved the proofs.

They’ll even flat-out lie and say they already shipped out the Bobblehead when the tracking number clearly states that they still have it.

Liars, thieves and criminals are what’s behind this company.

It’s absolutely beautiful and looks just like his picture. This is the second time I’ve ordered a bobble head and I will continue to be a repeat customer.

First off, the customer service is amazing. Correspondence was immediate responses and a preview of what my bobble head would like like, requesting any changes I would like to make. The bobble head itself is extremely well made. Great material and artistry. It really looks like my son! We were so delighted and surprised at how well it came out. Can’t wait to give to him. I’m definitely coming back for more. Thank you!

I ordered the "rich boss" bobblehead. The bobblehead is supposed to be holding money. Instead, they sent me a bobblehead holdding playing cards. The bobblehead is not what I ordered at all and completely useless. They offered a 15% refund on a $107.00 order for a product that is not what was purchased and cannot be used for its intended purpose. I expressed to them that I would gladly send the unusable and incorrect bobblehead back to them and expected a full refund as the product is defunct and not what I ordered. They would not accept this offer and have since ceased responding to me. This is a horrible company. Order from any other bobblehead company instead of them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! Ordered 3 dolls and they sent them crammed into one box. I told them within minutes of the face approval, and told them they needed to modify it. Customer service said they will let the artist know, but the next day wanted an additional $40 to "fix" it. I had 3 blonde hair and blue-eyed pictures and two had pitch BLACK hair upon receiving and the female doll had blonde hair but blotches of BLACK on the head of the hair. None look NOTHING like the samples they post. DO NOT ORDER from these people, for a refund, you have to mail it back to China at your expense and MINUS 40% EACH for restocking fees. I thought it would be a great teacher gift, but I didn't want them to get offended or insulted, so I ended up not giving it to them. A total waste of money. Fast work, but terrible quality.

I'm SO horribly disappointed with this product!! I did better clay sculptures in high school. I paid close to $300.00 for a custom bobblehead w/Me, my fiance' and our dog. The company sends proofs w/no hair so you can't see the final product before ship nor can you see the hair; the changes I asked for were not met; the quality and craftmanship is so poor; the hair and faces don't look anything like my pics; my fiance's hair is salt and pepper - high and tight, but the model had a brown, short, curly afro; My hair looked like 'al dente' egg noodles w/fork lines in them and was the wrong length; my eyes were so off the bobblehead looks like I have a lazy eye; the dog was even worse; his tail was a rolled piece of brown clay that was stuck on his backside, not blended, hanging off like a piece of p**; his legs were different sizes, his eyes were just yellow balls; he had no feet, just a stump where they cut the clay; his fur was done by someone putting knife slices in the clay (so he just looked like someone sliced him 1000x); a 10yr old could have done a better job in art class. Customer service response to my detailed review w/Pictures of the flaws was, "Sculpting is very subjective, so even with a picture some people may see a strong resemblance to the person, while others may not". Their website states you can get a full refund for any product that is "poor quality or defective". After 9 emails w/the company, they stated they would give me a 10% refund of the total purchase price and they didn't offer to fix or redo the product. I'm so angry and disappointed. I showed 7 members of my immediate family to gauge if I was over-reacting and they were actually laughing because they couldn't believe how bad the workmanship was on the bobblehead. Please save your money and spend it elsewhere. This company does not produce bobbleheads that are even close to the quality of what they show on their website. I wish I had been more diligent when researching bobbleheads before going with this company.

Well, another bad review to throw into the bunch. Terrible communication. Was shown only the faces with no hair and no bodies. One bobblehead came with a completely different color hair, and the other bobblehead looked nothing like the pictures I sent in. Once I tried to communicate with customer service, I was quickly given the runaround and immediately told that it was somehow my fault because I did not respond in time. Don’t waste your money and more importantly, don’t waste your time dealing with people who will double down and give you unprofessional excuses for p** poor business etiquette. They will do a crap job and justify why they can’t do anything to give you what you paid for.

I wished I checked reviews before ordering and spending money on all these extra services for nothing.

I requested 2 times to remodel the face even sent in additional photo to be specific, what needs to be modified.
Given the benefit of doubt, I thought maybe it will look better when they add the hair. Turned out my worry were reasonable.

0 star - face , even after '' attempting''. Both updated heads, had minimal changes. Maybe the same. I thought maybe its my eyes. But ffseeing the final results. My eyes are fine.... It looks nothing like the person I asked for. :(

WARNING!!!!! This is the worst thing I have ever bought. This company is a fraud. I paid extra for the rendition, for guaranteed shipping and at each turn they failed miserably. The item was months late and looked nothing like the individual I purchased it for. Nothing about this resembles the person I bought it for after providing four perfect pictures to them. Trust me you will be appalled at what you receive. Shop USA companies, I wish I had. I spent hours upon hours trying to get a refund or a quality piece…..they’ll give you the run around until you give up dealing from with non English speaking associates.

We paid extra for a custom bobble head of our boss and they sent a bobble head that looks nothing like her. She has blonde hair and they sent dark brown hair. The bobble looks cheap and the service when we sent a request to have it corrected after paying a premium was that they would if we paid an extra 40 % plus shipping we reached out to them various times and they will not even try to help or correct the issue. If I wanted a cheap bobble head I would have paid less than 20.00 for what they sent me we paid over $150.00 for this one which i probably worse than a cheap one

I wish that I could give -0 score. If you order from this company do not expect it to look like the picture that you submit. And then they tell you that it’s up to the artists discretion how they want to add a cartoon affect. If you’re not satisfied they don’t care. They will not try to resolve your issue or refund your money. DO NOT use this company. I wish I had read the reviews first. Never would have used this company.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I sifted through several websites to find the one that I thought would be be the best one, and decided to move forward with this company. I am highly disappointed with the results. Outside of it not looking like the person at all, the work was super sloppy. The numbers on the front are sloopy. The writing on the back looks like a kid wrote on it with pen. I would expect much better for the amount of money spent on this item. It was supposed to be a Christmas present, but now I can't even bring myself to give it to them.

I am satisfied with service that the artists and customer service has given me. They worked with me on the details I gave them over what I wanted my bobblehead to look like. I guarantee and one who orders from my face bobblehead will not be disappointed. Than you for your hard work in completing my order.

Company always give a quick feedback. A minus is that they didn't say when send a deliver though I didn't know it.

Sent me a broken doll and asked to pay again to get a new one. Just terrible business, I’d never order anything again.
