I am always happy with deliveries. Only frustrated that there is no frozen food and sometimes it's difficult to reach the total for free deliveries.

Update on reply:
-Parcelforce never attempted to deliver as I was home! I mentioned this on my email and you never replied on this point! Also if it was true that a delivery would be attempted and I was unavailable, parcelforce would try to either redeliver the next day or leave me a card. This shows that this was not the issue as with one attempt the parcel doesn’t return to the sender..
-you never attempted to call me and you did not apologise once on your emails ! If in doubt please provide me with a email so I can forward you all the email tread!
-I asked for a refund or to resend me my order. You said that you will refund me only when you receive back the order in your warehouse. When the order was delivered back to you, only then you refunded which is far from great costumer service, it’s just what is expected !

I always support small businesses but your response and way to avoid responsibility and change facts in your reply is concerning! I will be happy to post publicly our email trail where you “apologised multiple times” !

I made an order mainly with baby food products and was shipped 7 days later. On the day of delivery via parcelforce the tracking was updated as “returned to the sender”. I contacted delibox via email to ask why the parcel was rerouted back to them and basically replied with an email template that they will refund me when the parcel is returned to them. No explanation why the parcel was returned to them, no willingness to reship it, no apology ! Terrible ! I will never use them again ! Luckily I ordered the same products from another website and they delivered the next day..

Was a present for my sister after a stay in hospital and she was absolutely delighted with everything. Small egg pasta is impossible to find in shops near to her so she was very pleased with those

Good experience with mydelibox.com. 6 jars of Barilla pesto without garlic. Quite difficult to find in the UK. I've got nothing against garlic but this is very tasty. Good remaining shelf life. No plastic packaging used - very important to me.
