Parcel force is the worst courier in History. Not flexible and always late, with careless, lazy and grumpy staff. Items arrived broken and soaked as the carelessness of couriers had caused a can of soda to break.

Very kindly added some free stuff these days it's a very kind gesture.

Excellent quality food and fast delivery

Parcel delivered by Parcel force and even if the packages what expected in 6/8 working days as mentioned in the website (standard delivery)I received mine in only two days.
Jars was packed with extremely care and all that I ordered had arrived safe and well packed.
Only one weird point,
the email from delivery driver that he delivered the packages, has arrived 15 hours later 😅
but not complaining about it.

I placed an order and arrived more than a week later. Finally the box arrived today but just after contacted FedEx multiple times, had to reschedule a delivery that didn't arrive, had to contact them again and just after sending an email of disappointment they finally delivered the parcelall. Unfortunately few packs of pasta are broken. I'll email my daily box to let them know as I've never had any problem before. I do really hope that they change the delivery company because FedEx did a terrible job and won't buy again until considering the cost of each item as well .

Everything worked smoothly and I received all the products I ordered delivered at my door. Great experience.

After so many years, they Stiil have the same quality service.

It took more than 10 days to receive my order! And thats a bit too much as at the check out it say’s that will be delivered in 2 or 8 days .

Always good to shop here to find Italian products that are not sold in supermarkets. Everything comes packed exceptionally well.

I like order from delybox they have lot of choice of Italian stuff, shame they don't provide fresh food...

I was their customer from the 24th of July 2018, I made 21 orders during these years and just this time I forgot an item (PARMALAT BESCIAMELLA CHEF ML 200 CREAM), I tried to contact the unhelpful customer service to amend it and they replied that it was not possible, even if I specified that I wanted to pay for two of them.
I understood wrongly that they could send me the item, but they could reply to my email when I was asking for it and they did not. Anyway, I do not change my point of view, you lost a customer forever for an item of 1.29£. I do not care about what other shops are doing until a service like Amazon will allow you to amend your booking, it is a shame to try to have more money from your customers for a small mistake. Your arrogant reply just shows how you do not know what "customer service" means. It is good to know that it was impossible for you to add a small item for free as a good gesture, "after 21 orders". Sincerely, you are ridiculous.

My Delibox provides fabulous customer service. After over 4 years of ordering regularly from them, this week I had my first ever delivery with a broken bottle of passata. I photo ed the damaged parcel and emailed requesting a passata credit on my next order please. They responded almost immediately crediting me for the broken item. I was very impressed! Fabulous selection, good prices and marvellous service. Thank you

This is my 2nd or 3rd order from MyDeliBox Love ordering from MyDeli box my mamma loves the Bondi and they are very hard to get in any deli shops so thank you for always having these In Stock and the other stuff too
Prices are very reasonable and much cheaper than in deli stores and always drivers on time look forward to making more orders soon
