Great venetian blind made to exact measurements - looks brill!
Excellent choice of finishes and speedy sample service to help with choosing the final venetian blind.
Order arrived within estimated delivery time, well packaged and exactly what we wanted.
Made to exact measurements given. Quality product and easy to install and has really finished off the window in our new extension/kitchen.

Reliable company, efficient service
There is some responsibility on the customer when ordering blinds from this company, in terms of supplying the correct measurements and then having some DIY expertise in the fitting of the blinds, but I have now ordered blinds from them several times and have been very pleased with the standard of service and quality of the blinds. The videos and instructions sheets on the website are especially helpful.

Just superb: you'd be foolish to go anywhere else.
Service from start to finish was quite superb. Excellent pre-sales advice -
showing the exact fabric we were after. Prompt sending of free samples on request. Prices beat everything else on the internet - other firms with the same fabric just can't compete, by a significant margin. Speedy delivery of blinds which fit perfectly and look fantastic. Highly recommended.

Nice blind
Nice blind, although the brackets could be designed better as there is quite a gap between the blind and the wall. The diagrams showing how the blind hangs down are very poor as I thought I had ordered it so it hung under (close to the wall)

We provide images of brackets and roller blinds within a recess its clear how the bracket sits in relation to the fabric; we also provide an image of the blind on the shopping cart page titled "what do you receive".
We use what is probably the most common metal bracket found within the industry easy fit SC32 roller bracket manufactured by no less than Louvolite, the bracket is multi-functional i.e. you can top, side and face fix all three positions will provide a different profile within the window.
An accurately measured recess to limit the gap is also advisable i.e. blind width in relation to recess width all the above will have an effect on the appearance of a roller blind within a window..

Excellent, love ‘em.
Absolutely perfect to look at. Tricky buggers to raise and lower, but I think that’s more to do with how high my windows are, and, as a consequence, how heavy the blinds are. The strings to rotate the slats could have done with being longer too, but, really, they’re great.

Satisfied
I bought a large vertical blind. Customer service was very good when I had a query about the track. The blind arrived on time and fitted perfectly. My only reservation was about the packaging which had split in transit and the brackets had been lost. The company immediately replaced them by mail the following day.

Made to Measure Blinds Good but Delivery Courier Very Poor
Vertical and roller blinds are good for price paid and represent good value for money. Courier XDP, used for delivery was very disappointing and failed to turn up twice, then tried to deliver us a bed instead of the blinds. Packaging was wet and very damaged, fortunately blinds were OK.
Made to Measure blinds need to reconsider use of XDP as online reviews of this courier are very poor.

Thank you for your review I am sorry but I must correct your statement if you remember when you placed your order you provided an incorrect postcode for the delivery docket, perhaps you missed the email communication we had with your wife as this was pointed out to Mrs Shaw.
However this then resulted in the boxes making several visits to your local hub and delivery van unfortunately this can and did result in the boxes becoming damage due to the additional trips resulting in failed delivery attempts but fortunately on this occasion the blinds remained intact.
Once you had reported the delivery problems to us and we had found your error, your wife confirmed the correct address on Friday the 12th Jan at 6:30 pm after hours we informed XDP of the correct address the goods were then delivered successfully on Monday 15th Jan at 9:17am had the address been correct I am sure your order would have been delivered on the original date we had provide you with.
I hope you enjoy your new blinds.
