Fantastic experience with customer support
I experienced a bit of difficulty in cancelling the service, and contacted customer support. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Maria. She was delightful to speak with! Maria was professional, courteous and kind. Maria resolved my issue quickly and efficiently, offered my the opportunity to take advantage of additional services that may have been valuable, and she explained what I could expect and when I should see communications from MyFax regarding my requested cancellation. My overall experience with the service was positive, but my experience with Maria was phenomenal! Maria deserves recognition from her team at MyFax!

While I was mildly frustrated by not being able to make the change online, I called in and worked with Eveldina who was polite, efficient and solved my problem immediately. Myfax.com is a scam
this company is a scam, I cancelled my account since August 2023 and also changed my credit card number but they still keep charge me! My bank said this company stole my personal data for unauthorized transaction!!
