They shouldn’t even be s given a one star.

I ordered anniversary gifts and they didn’t delivered only half of what is been ordered. When we try to call and talk they disconnect the call half the way, they are cheaters and take our money.

I suggest not to order anything from them and if you order then it’s a loss of money time and energy trying to reach them.

Very irresponsible and no value for customer.

I paid ₹1100 for an anniversary cake and flower order. No confirmation email, no order number, and the gift was NEVER delivered. After repeated follow-ups and sharing payment proof and full details multiple times, their support team kept giving excuses.

The worst part? They falsely claimed the order was delivered even though the receiver confirmed nothing was received. When asked for delivery proof, they had nothing to show. This is either gross incompetence or deliberate misrepresentation.

Once they take your money, customer responsibility ends. Zero transparency. Zero accountability. Total waste of time and money.

I strongly believe customers should avoid this website.

I paid ₹2400 on the 26th, including ₹200 extra for timely delivery.
It’s been 8 days—no delivery, no refund, and zero response on my WhatsApp or email.
Funny thing is, the moment I message them from another WhatsApp number, they suddenly respond.
That clearly shows you’re intentionally ignoring customers after taking their money, which is completely unacceptable.
You ruined my special day and wasted my time and money.
I still didnt get my money back.

I have ordered a beautiful flower arrangement in a basket which was Rs.999. They delivered stale loose flowers and just took the money. I have been asking for refund and they keep saying they just delivered what they had. Scammers. I am left with no option but to file a complaint for online fraud.

I won't suggest this online service to anyone as I had received bad experience. They haven't delivered the ordered items and not replied to my queries.

I ordered flowers for my Mother’s Birthday. They took money. But nothing was delivered. I contact with them many times, through WhatsApp, email, website, even call on mobile, but nobody answer!!!! They spoiled Birthday and this day!!! Shame on this company!!! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! They are FAKE and SCAM!!! Unfortunately, I read reviews on internet too late(((( The Day was spoiled((((

Worst customer service ever… cake and boutique which i have ordered is not delivered yet… they’re the big scammer’s I guess.. I lost my money…

They are very unprofessional!! I had detailed chat with them on whats app and asked them 5 times if they will deliver the chosen flower basket and cake to the location mentioned??? And they said yes yes yes everytime!! They charged me 200 rupees extra for sending it in the day time. Now neither did my friend receive it in the day time nor did she receive the flowers!! They only sent her cake and 2 chocolates instead of flowers!! And when i texted them asking about the missing flowers they straight away said report to support group!! They didn’t bother answering to any of my queries!! Plz dont use this app !!

I order on dec 30 and delivered on dec 31. The flavour and model is entirely different from the order. The delivered cake was not looks good . Upon enquiry they replied they have available what they delivered. After that they didnt answer my concern.
Not trustworthy...

Very bad service and customer support. They seems to be scammers who don't even deliver the products. Their customer care phone number doesn't work, and they just take your money and say silly reasons for not delivering the products and doesn't give a refund.

Very bad experience. I was placed an Order with Cake and wallet around 5K. They want money before its orders. After receiving money they wont give any reply through Email, Watsapp or in Calls.
I lost my money. Don't trust it. They have a number only for chat. We can not call in this number
Supporting number also not available.
Its sure its Spam. Don't purchase from them.

I ordered cake and flower but nothing delivered. after all communication they are saying if you want we will deliver only cake. This is cheating company and no way to contact them. I lost second time my money. Don't ever order from this company.

My sis received bday cake flowers dry fruits card fruits chocolates everything which I ordered.Moreover i felt glad when i feel her emotions when she received .. thanks to entire team of my flower gift for making out day special

Scammers and avoid them

Order a cake and they delivered after 2 days based on their availability and that to from a different local shop and sent some other flavour cake and charged extra for delivery after checking with them multiple times initially for address

Worst experience and they have been scamming for many years

I placed an order worth 4K (flowers and pista) for a birthday occasion, but it was delivered two days earlier than scheduled, which was unfair and disappointing. Regarding the early delivery, the company only offered an apology after multiple follow-ups via WhatsApp and email, with no compensation provided. The support process was not user-friendly and required constant effort just to receive a basic response.

Customers should be aware that if any issue arises, they may need to put in significant effort merely to receive an apology rather than a proper resolution. There is a clear need for improvement in customer support.

Absolutely terrible service ! Never delivered the flowers worth 2000 rupees . Please don't use them.
Placed order for a funeral . never never use this company .
