Same like others i have been also trapped by this Fraud company, Without acknowledging me they have cancelled my order and they eat my money. I.have done a plenty of emails but they are very arrogant. I have filed case against the company. I hope this company will close soon because of their fraud business.

Please be cautious — this company is a scam. They deliver poor service and do not provide the correct items. I was charged ₹3,500 for an item worth only ₹700.

Please be advised not to place any orders especially cakes or other items, from them

They appear to be operating a scam. After I placed an order for a cake worth Rs. 2000 and made the payment, the item was never delivered. Furthermore, they stopped responding to emails and phone calls, and later demanded additional money under the pretence of delivery charges. Despite this, nothing was delivered.

Please stay alert and avoid any dealings with them

They are not trustworthy and should be treated with caution.

I paid extra for a fixed time delivery.. They said they will do it for sure. If i see these previous reviews i wouldnt have paid them money. Now no delivery, and no response... They are frauds. I will complaint to the consumer court. They should not be encouraged anymore..

They are unprofessional people. Specially the lady who picks up the call she doesn’t even have a courtesy how to
Confront a customer. Such an arrogant lady they said would deliver my cake by 7 it was my baby’s 4 birthday so the cake was ordered with so much love and care and this people just destroyed it completely. They didn’t deliver and they don’t even update. Do not give money without getting the stuff . These people wnt answer the call nor revert to the mail. They took almost 5000/- from me and this is what I get in return . Please check the reviews and just avoid these people. I will be moving this forward and will file a case against them leading the rights and unprofessionalism against them.

Scam Alert! Never order here. I ordered flowers cake and chocolates for my friends birthday. They delivered in evening ( eve though i payed extra to deliver in the morning) and they ordered different cake( even though I ordered chocolate). I payed for the 15 flowers aswell. They didn’t deliver those saying they don’t have any. Soooooo disappointed

YOU GUYS HAVE A OPTION FOR SPECIAL TIMING IN THAT WEBSITE FOR WHICH THE CUSTOMER HAS TOMPAY 200RS EXTRA. I DID THAT TO GET ON TIME AND I GOT TTE ORDER NEXT DAY FOR WHICH NO ONE IS RESPONSIBLE. I CONTACTED THEIR HEAD-OFFICE IN BANGLORE A LADY WHO PICKED UP WAS SO RUDE ON TALK. AND NEVER FELT TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. THIS IS PURE TEAM OF CHEATING AND NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ORDERS OR MONEY THE CUSTOMER SPEND. SO TRIVIANS PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHILE USING THIS TEAM. Really really bad Service and cheap staff, customer service too bad. They Charged me in advance, kept messaging me while they had to take my order, I paid for fixed time delivery, I paid for flowers - They didnt do fixed time delivery, they didnt deliver flowers and when i asked for refund stopped replying me back. They delivered the cakes on their own time which were of no use to me. They ruined a special occassion and now even replying me back for my money back. Dont trust this website at all. They didnt even mention anything about product outage when they took my order, at that time they said order whatever from their website ots 100% available. I see there are similar issues with other people as well, they have only kept good reviews on their testimonal, When i tried to put review through testimonial it didnt let me. Highly dissatisfied and fraud website. Dont recomend to anyone.

This is wrong company, i ordered items and while the time is come they disappeared.. Looks liks i lost my money, i dint understand why they are in first option when we search online delivery. Please dont use their service.

I ordered flowers and a cake after confirming multiple times that delivery to my address was possible. On the delivery day, they went back on their word, refused to deliver, and even demanded extra money beyond the agreed price. To make matters worse, they contacted the recipient directly without my consent — something completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

The person who took the order and the customer-care executive showed shocking arrogance: instead of helping, they shouted at me, argued, and ruined my entire day. Their behavior was so disgraceful that in the end, I told them to just keep the money as a “tip” for their rudeness, because I never wanted to deal with them again. They then blocked my email, cutting off all communication.

This company thrives on false promises, arrogance, and a complete lack of professionalism. If you value your time, money, or peace of mind, never place an order with them.

Scam Alert – Avoid this Company!
This so-called flower delivery service is nothing but a scam. After taking my money, they completely disappeared — no response to emails, calls, or messages. The order was never delivered. They cheat customers with promises and then vanish once payment is made.
This is outright fraud, and I strongly urge the Consumer Protection Department to investigate and shut down their operations before more people are cheated. Save your money and stay away from this company!

When I called them , the girl at the customer service was rude and unprofessional. Kindly report this legally. The mistake I did was I haven't checked the review. Everyone pls get through the review before ordering. This is a scam

They took money my order number 1100124405 and then asking for charges to deliver, they are cheats and scammers, no customer support number works and they don't reply to emails

Worst customer service and a delay in delivering the order. Totally unsatisfactory and not recommended.

Worst service ever – they completely messed up my anniversary order, sent the wrong items, a damaged cake, and even a birthday card instead.

Totally unprofessional supplier – ruined a special occasion with careless mistakes and zero quality control.
