Normally the gift cards arrive in 1 business day (which is already slower than most other vendors), but it took 3 business days this time. That is way too slow.

Orders used to come next business day, if not same day, and now I'm on my 3rd day and still waiting.

Deliveries are taking way too long these last 2 months.

I like the discounts, but it takes a long time to get my giftcards!

I still haven't gotten my giftcard delivered to me even though the payment was taken out of my paypal account and I left a message in their e-mail because there is no one at the contact number that answers the phone and I was told to leave a message. It is 13 day since I placed my order for a $25 Applebees gift card. Yesterday I contacted Paypal for a refund and my request was refused. All that I want is for them to send the gift card to my e-mail!

Egift cards took 4 calendar days to receive. No other competitor is this slow. Unacceptable. Am looking forward to buying elsewhere.

My Swagbucks account got banned for no reason so they basically just stole my money

My gift card plus ran a sale on tractor supply company gift cards at the end of March. I stocked up and promptly loaded them on my tractor supply app wallet. Each day the gift card amounts loaded perfectly and all of my funds were there. Went to load the 8th tractor supply card amount and found I had no funds in my tractor supply app wallet. Customer service was extremely polite and assured me that they were working on the issue. After 4 months nothing has been done and I am out $450 and my gift card plus tractor supply gift cards and also close to $200 in the current balance I had prior to the my gift card plus tractor supply promotion. Neither company is getting my $ account back. I have no other option but to file a lawsuit to tractor supply company. If any readers here have similar issues I am interested if your problem was resolved.

Ordered a gift card, my account was charged but the gift card was not delivered.

Attempted to contact customer service and was forwarded to another companies website where there is no option to submit an issue related to orders at MyGiftCardsPlus.

The customer service phone number that is listed goes directly to a voicemail and there is no option to talk a representative.

After contacting my credit card company they able to provide a customer service email of MGCSupport at MyGiftCardsPlus.com which is no where displayed on their site.
