Fast and accurate delivery of the gift card.

I always am happy to get my gift cards from MyGiftCardsPlus. So easy and so fast!

So far, so good. Delivery of e-cards was fast and convenient. The gift cards we have used all worked great. We still need to use a new group of restaurants that we haven’t used before.

I love my gift cards plus. I’ve been buying them for years. They don’t hold my orders up because they know I pay. There’s only one card I’ve had problem with about a $50 loft card and it says you can take it anywhere even the outlet stores in the outlet stores refused to use it. They don’t recognize it so I got screwed out of $50 cause there is only and loft outlet out here and they refuse to recognize the card because it wasn’t a physical card, etc. they had a excuse in the world

It takes forever to process a gift card now. I've been waiting for my gif card to process since 7/30.

It's very frustrating when Mygiftcardplus randomly denies your payment method (post purchase) and the phone number they give you to call with issues is an actual scam because a scammer has taken over their phone number. The email they give you clientcareMGC also bounces back because it no longer exists. They have some great deals but need to clean up these issues.

You need to deliver the cards in a timely manner. These are digital gift cards, there is no good reason why it should take multiple days.

I have ordered gift cards many times before with no issues, but this time it has been 2 days and still the DIGITAL gift card is still pending. What I wanted to use it for was on sale so hopefully by the time my gift card is available to use- the items will still be available and still on sale

They always send the boilerplate response below to contact them, but when you do, it takes them more than a week to respond. Horrible customer service.

Is a good deal esp. when combined with using the Upromise Mastercard as currency. No brainer for us as we dine weekly at BJs Restaurant. Occasionally have slow response on website when using IPad.

I order gift cards to use when we go out to dinner or shop at Lowe’s and have had to cancel my last three gift card orders because they don’t come through. I know the site says it will take 1-2 days but we used to get our orders quickly within a few hours. The Lowe’s card I ordered didn’t arrive for almost a week. We most likely won’t be using this site anymore for gift cards due to this. It’s a shame because we have been using this site for gift cards for years.

I ordered 2 Airbnb gift cards on Friday July 31 and the cards have yet to be delivered as of Sunday August 2. Your website says "Digital - FAST". Well the delivery is anything but fast. This is longest I have ever waited for a digital gift card.
