I am grateful to have this device and appreciate your work to access a grant for me to do so. I had been experiencing falls and vertigo; which was helped greatly with physiotherapy and exercises; but I was struck with the knowledge that if I fell on a walk or in the garden while working I could be at the mercy of strangers, or lying for quite a period until discovery. This device is a godsend and your agency has been wonderful in instructing me on it's use and activation. Represent you marvelously. Thank you so much.

This is the most thing anyone can have and I'm so glad I got it it's my life safer most of my time I am alone so is I fall and I'm hurt I can get help quickly I just love it thank you

I liked the product, due to be in Canada and the US. Arrived on time and was an easy set.

Soon after I received my Holo Alert pendant in the mail, I was contacted by the company to help me set it up. The process was fast and easy, and the operator was friendly and helpful.

Just finished speaking with the wonderful people at Holo alert and they were very helpful in answering all my questions.

Hopefully I will never have to use this device but, if I should have to, I have confidence that I will be well taken care of in an emergency.

Setup was very simple with the guide instructions. After charging up pedant and tested connection with Holo provider by pushing button once, that was all needed for activation. 🙂

I have just got the Halo for the first time. David in Sales was very well educated in the product and answered any and all questions. Once delivered Austin was a very kind young man. He too was very well informed on their product and aided in my activation. I hope to never need the product but just knowing I have it in case is reassuring. Thank you

Right from the start it was an amazing experience! Chris was incredible and went out if his way to ensure that my mom got exactly what she needed! The system is so easy to use! Completely wireless; plug it in and charge the pendant and it’s ready to use. No messing around with phone jacks etc. When unit was received, I got a call from Carly to ensure everything was working and we tested the unit while she was on the phone. So glad I reached out to them!!

My mom had been having ridiculous problems with their new watch model and unusually getting no callbacks from her case worker for a week straight. A strongly-worded email got a callback outside of business hours, and Matthew took perfect care of us. We're switching to the more reliable medical alert pendant system and we've got high hopes for a more successful situation. Thank you so much for the personalized and rapid response. Fingers crossed going forward, but for now we are beyond satisfied!
