Right from the get go everything was explained step be step and in a most courteous manner. I was especially flabbergasted by the follow up!! Well done 👍🏽

Just follow the instructions and it’s done.

The setup went well. I pressed the button and someone answered and they called me by name. The next day I phoned to ask some questions -e.g. was there anything else I had to do, how often should I charge the device as it would have to be a time when I wasn't too active and needing to wear it. My questions were answered and she told me to test the device for a "fall". She told me to drop the device from a moderate height which I did. Someone answered the call and I told him it was a test I was asked to do and that I was alright. Later the place in Vancouver that handles calls for ambulances etc called me to check if I needed an ambulance as Legacy had called them. So I said I was okay and that it was just a test but that I had told the person at Legacy I was okay and didn't need help. I'm hoping that doesn't happen often but it helped me see how the system works. Everyone I have spoken to at Holo has been helpful, patient and professional.

The people are very knowledgeable about the product and explained how to work it. Answered all my questions and I am confident in an emergency help will be sent out right away.

The company rep, Matt, was courteous and polite during the initial call. He was able to satisfactorily answer all of my questions and explained the system very well. The equipment arrived after a few days, as promised. Within a few hours of receipt, Matt called to ensure everything was okay, and assist with the setup and system test. I would highly recommend this company.

My initial contact was with a knowledgeable gentleman named Matt whom I found to be extremely friendly and courteous. He listened to all of my concerns and assisted me with deciding on which item would suit my issues best. He also followed up to ensure that everything was delivered successfully as there was an initial issue with the postal service. I had a simple and extremely knowledgeable setup over the phone once everything arrived. I am now able to rest comfortably in knowing that if I need any medical assistance, it is just a push of a button away.

Just got my device a half hour ago. Setup was easy and now charging. how using it down the road will be easy on me too. all looks good to me. Time will tell, all the men I spoke to were real gentlemen. Thank you all for your help. Anita Reichheld

I am satesfy(Like it ) how John led me trough set a Contract and how he promise Alert unit was delivered i read instrution charge battery then press botton to activated and few hr. later Matthew call and answere my questan which help me ,with this contact I felt like family with this people who are ready to help when is need it.Thank you John,Matthew and all who was contacted with me.Katarina Smisek.

The set up was super easy and the rep just asked my name and knew my address right away. When another Rep. phoned me I had one question and she was able to answer right away. My kids are so happy that at 84 I was proactive getting the alert device without them prompting me. Thank you. Florence Carey

It was very simple with the instructions. They were very easy to follow. Everything went well and I had a phone call later in the day from your company to make sure. I had a few questions which were answered so I am on my way to a better living experience with the help of Holo Alert

When I tested my new alert button, the representative knew my name and where I lived immediately. It was very refreshing, since the company that I left them for didn't know who I was or where I lived when I pressed my button.
I'm very impressed with the way my call was handled.

I have just joined the group. Set up was easy , David was good with his instruction to set up. Vary polite person . I look forward to having this in my life. The security of knowing someone is right there is a great releaf on my mind. I feel much more safer. Everyone should have this . Everyone single , handy capped or senior should have this .

Response was quick from my first enquiry .

Gave me time to think it over before making my decision.

Rep David called me within 24hours of answering their ad on Facebook, he is very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and answered all my queries. After signing up and alert unit was delivered on the day promised and activated. The process was so easy in setting up. Another rep called to see if received device, told her had already activated unit, said she was available for any questions or help at anytime, which was good to hear. She also is very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Definitely a pleasure to talk to both rep`s and the terrific service that have received. Very happy with my Alert unit and if you have any business cards, would be happy to give to my neighbors and friends
