ordered january 25th and still waiting. After 5 mails still excuses about shipping and blaming Fedex.
This is a scam or a very unprofessional company !

I got an email saying I'd get a refund and...surprise!...months later no refund. Scam artists!

Loads of liars leaving reviews, following a sheep mentality, I myself am a free thinker who will leave a review based off my own experience. The product came within the week, the fluffy night was amazing! I’ll be purchasing a load more very soon! Thanks my Kahove.

It would be nice to give zero stars. Ordered some shoes 'Deliciosa Mules' from these jokers, second email after order confirmation ‘...some exciting news? Phase 1 of the production process is complete!...we have attached an image of the Deliciosa Mule mold' ie They hadn’t even made any shoes to sell at that pt! There was nothing to suggest that when I ordered them, I assumed they already had some, it’s perhaps doubtful that they ever did make any D. Mules. I waited patiently like a donkey for two months and decided checked my kahove account it was marked ‘delivered’ I never received anything, Kahove assured me the shoes were apparently delayed?!? Asked for a refund - again nothing after two weeks. Follow up email has been ignored. They are untrustworthy and conning people. Avoid at all costs unless you feel like being taken for a ride.

This is my second review (scroll to see my first) as I can't reply to "Heidi" 's comment on my first review. Just so we're all clear - I have NOT received the refund that has apparently been 'issued', and once again I am receiving no replies to my emails.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

What a joke this place is. Although we did receive our order (after following up multiple times), the quality of the item is not at all how it appears online. It is a rug, not on canvas, and the colors are nowhere near as deep and bold. For over a month now, we’ve been trying to get a refund and details on how to return. Customer service is non-existent. Please refund order #3845 or #4267 and send return details asap (for some reason we were given 2 order numbers for one item).

It is worth all these days of waiting, it is a very unique art and so amazing and creatives work,Also the team are so helpful and honest. Wish you all the best👍🏻❤️

I ordered a ‘Fluffy Night’ picture for £270 in January 2023, it is now 2 months later and no product has arrived.

I received multiple emails from their customer support reassuring me it will arrive any day and now I realise the whole website is a scam and they had no intention of sending me what I bought.

They even provided a fake Evri tracking number.

Please do not fall into the trap I did, if you have given them money and not received a delivery please pursue a fraud claim with your bank or credit card company.

Following my last negative review of MyKahove on 1st March (“Terrible customer service, not received £270 refund”) I got an immediate response, not only on TrustPilot but amazingly also on email! Unfortunately, that’s where any communication from them ended!

Take with a pinch of salt their TrustPilot reply! They stated my return had not arrived back at their depot which is why they had not refunded me and they asked for the tracking number. I sent them the Royal Mail tracking number to prove it had arrived on 17th February (2 weeks earlier!), the return was received by A Smith at 12.44pm at the address they had told me to send it to. Following that proof I expected to see my extremely overdue refund of £270. Unsurprisingly, now a further 2 weeks have passed and another 3 emails have once again been ignored, no response and still no refund!

To anyone out there tempted to purchase anything from MyKahove, please don’t!! It has now been a ridiculous, unprofessional and painful 3 month process from the initial order of my item to now and I still don’t have my money back. They have a shocking and near non existent Customer Service and their return and refund policy is not worth the paper it’s written on, as far as I’m concerned MyKahove have stolen my money!

Such a shame their customers need to revert to review sites and threats of legal action to get a response!

Once again, I have made them aware in my last email that I would be posting very negatively on TrustPilot this morning, unsurprisingly, again I got no response. Unfortunately the next stage is Ombudsman, Trading Standards and Small Claims Court, which again I have told them I will be doing, but…....guess what?........no response!

SCAM! They provide no details of where to return items to on the website or with the order, when it eventually arrives. I have emailed 3 times and tried to call the number 4 times.

Not as Expected.
The fluffy painting is pretty disappointing for different reasons.
First of all, it looks like different as in photos, it has different colors and it is darker and less detailed.
Second, it has been badly fixed to the holder and it is crooked!
I can't say it's bad, but definitely different (worse) as on the images.
Also, it has been arrived in a damaged box with a very minimal package, hopefully it was ok.
The waiting times to get it were very long.
I can say it is not worth the Price, sad because i had a lot of expectations.

I ordered a pair of Cheese Plant shoes in Nov 22 and still not received in March 23.
I feel I have been scammed.
They replied to me in January but nothing since then.

I’m going to try and make this the most honest, genuine review. First and foremost, yes I did receive my order, granted it took 2 months rather than the few weeks stated, so that part is true. The piece itself is not on a hard canvas or frame, it’s essentially a floppy piece of fabric which I don’t mind as nothing was really stated otherwise. As far as the actual look of the piece, I will say in order to really achieve the texture and structure of the actual starry night, you do have to sit with it for a minute combing it around and trying different directions of the fur. I enjoyed this aspect because it added an interactive experience in terms of feeling like you are creating the piece yourself, which honestly I thought was the whole point to begin with. All in all, I expected a fluffy, furry starry night and that’s pretty much what I got so with that I’m satisfied with my order. I obviously can’t give 5 stars because of the misleading shipping time frames, along with lack of communication about when the product would really arrive. Overall, I got what I ordered, and if they had just said it would take 2 months, I personally would not have minded and I feel a lot of this confusion could have been avoided, thus 4/5.

I didn’t receive a comb but I’m sure a comb isn’t going to make this look any better.it is not how it is online, it’s a flappy bit of fabric.

I ordered the Mona Lisa and received it about 5 weeks. Great turnaround for shipping from England to US. When I ordered it they stated it could take 6 weeks and it arrived a week early.
For those complaining about the wait, it’s worth it! I love it so much I will be designing my office around it! Everyone that sees it, loves it!

These pieces of art are amazing. We bought the fluffy Starry Night, and are really impressed with the quality. It’s exactly like how it looks on the website. And the comb and tutorial is perfect for getting it to look just right. The delivery took longer than expected, and there wasn’t any updates, but the customer service was really good at letting us know when it might arrive. I would highly recommend.

Now let me start by saying that I DID receive my item. It took a very long time and it was a worry at one point as I wasn’t sure if this company was legit. I can assure anyone that is thinking of buying something that they are. They were in contact with me and understood my frustration but like I said once I got my tracking number I got my item within a week. Be patient with them. I do wish that they gave more communication regarding a backlog of orders however.
The product itself is exactly how I pictured it, very happy with that. Just wish the whole process was a little more quicker!

My Fluffy Lisa looks Cute, it is a bit different than what i saw on the promo picture but i love it anyways.

Make purchase in November 2022. Website said would take 2 weeks to deliver. Then once I had paid the email said it would take 8 week to custom make (bs). Still haven’t received it and they haven’t responded to my request for a refund. Scam
