AVOID THIS SCAM

Worst order ever. Took 2 months to ship and now I cannot clear customs because they do not provide an invoice for 1 month and after countless requests… avoid this SCAM!!!

Fluffy Mona Lisa - Muito bom!

Fiz a encomenda do Fluffy Mona Lisa. É verdade que demorou algum tempo até chegar, mas fui sendo sempre informado pela equipa da Kahove sobre o estado da minha encomenda. O que é facto é que recebi tal e qual como descritivo. É uma peça decorativa muito bem feita!

SCAM! Avoid!

SCAM! Avoid 100%
Waste £270 by not googling the company first.
Emailed once, they said to keep waiting, emailed again, no reply, emailed AGAIN and they issued a "refund" which NEVER arrived. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for a second because I really would have like the fluffy paintings but this one is all one me.
Do not make the same mistake.

As a reply to your comment: nice try. Yes I received the order over 3 months late after I asked for a refund which you agreed to and I never received. Sending the order this late is damage control. The order looks nothing like on the website and is a mishmash of blue and black. Its unusable. I have been contacting your progressive clients and yes, its a scam.

I Order number 4746 in january and they charge my…

I orderet in january and they charge my card The same day. They promise
To ship The product in 5-7 days. Now a month later - still No product. I cancelled my Order, they confirmed and promised my money back. Thats 10 days ago- and i still havent seen Any money. This Company is a scam ! Dont ever buy anything here !

Amazing fluffyness!!

I've ordered Fluffy Mona for myself and two friends. I was a bit sceptical to be honest but took the "risk". Took a few weeks to arrive, but it's even better / nicer than I had imagined! Also reaching out to costumer service was no problem as the Kahove Team replied within a few hours. Go Kahove, I'm a fan!

I ordered the fluffy Mona Lisa in the smaller size. I love it! Shipping took about 5 weeks. It comes with a cute little comb to keep the artwork tidy. I’ll be ordering Starry Night as well.

It was a journey..

It was a journey... There were some issues with my customer service initially, so I complained and was met with apologies and care from the team. It's a rare thing for a company to take such good care of a customer who was grumpy. They could have told me to kick bricks but they didn't. They reached out to be sure sure I left happy AND I DID. I will recommend this art to everyone! Thanks again Kahove!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Ordered on 12th January 2023, no email confirmation to say payment made or order confirmed which rang alarm bells. Asked for a refund several times because, still nothing has arrived February 15th. Responds on Instagram DM but only says they have emailed me and should check junk folder.....THERE IS NO EMAIL. I have asked them to screenshot the email they have sent me via Instagram or just DM what was in the email. No response yet.
I have started the process with my bank to get money back. Also there is another trustpilot account they had which is also full of negative reviews, but because they changed their website address reviews on that stopped. Also can't find anything listed on companies House of the business.
EVERYONE SHOULD AVOID

Your order was refunded on 20th February 2023, after we received your cancellation request.

The last email correspondence we had from you was on 17th February where you had requested your tracking number, to which we responded to with all your tracking information.

After taking a look at the tracking I can see that your package has been delivered and signed for.

American Express refunded my money after I filed an official complaint!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM OR JUST TERRIBLY ORGANIZED. BEWARE!
I ordered the Mona Lisa and starry night at the end of December. I received no communication and finally asked where my order was near the end of January. upon request, I received a projected shipping date. After that week had passed, I asked where my order was and received a new shipping date. After that week passed, no one responded. After calling their company a scam online, they said they‘ll refund my money. If I ever get my money back, I’ll update this.

AND! THEY DELETE NEGATIVE INSTAGRAM COMMENTS- look at the number of comments vs how many you can actually see. It will say 60 comments, but you can only view about 5 maybe. Wow. Protect yourself and don‘t trust them. I know I have learned a big lesson about instagram shopping.

I can assure you that we are not a scam nor are we terribly organised.

We did have some delays on our Fluffy Mona Lisa's & Fluffy Nights which we informed all our customers of via email. The shipment dates provided for the delays have all been met, and the backlog is now cleared.

You had requested a full refund which is why your order had not shipped.

We don't delete any negative comments on our Instagram, we like to be as transparent as possible so customers know exactly what's going on with our company.

Takes your money, does not send product. Months have gone by.

This is not a real company. They will tell you your product will come in a month but it never will. Look up the address they provide - this office building lists it’s tenants and Kahove is not amongst them. Don’t believe the obviously fake positive reviews, they will take your money and never send your product.

Edit: Because I cannot reply directly - the response below is a complete lie. Here is a complete timeline:

-1/6/23 Order made
-1/17 I emailed Kahove asking why no progress in shipping has been made
-1/17 Kahove said it would be shipped between 1/27 and 2/1 and to look for a tracking number shortly
-2/9 I have not received a tracking number, I reach out again asking what's going on
-2/12 Kahove says it will arrive between 2/13 and 2/17
-2/12 I google Kahove and find all of the reviews about this company being a scam. I request a refund
(no response from Kahove)
-2/19 I follow up asking when I will receive my refund
-2/20 Kahove says the refund is in the finance queue
-2/20 I ask when I will receive my refund
(no reponse as of 3/1)
-I see they have the gall to say they refunded me 2/14. That's funny seeing as they emailed me on 2/20 saying I'm in queue for a refund.

Save yourself the trouble, this company is a complete scam.

Either it’s a scam or extremely horrible customer service. I ordered and paid for a birthday gift for my daughter on 1-24-23. Today is 2-9-23 & I have have no ideas of when or if it will come. I have e-mailed, messaged thru FB and even created an instagram account to try to contact them. I only got one e-mail response saying she would check on it & let me know the status…nothing since then.

UPDATE- Kahove claims they refunded me on 2-13, and they also e-mailed me this info on 2-13. I e-mailed them 2-20 to tell them I didn’t receive my refund & they replied ‘it’s in the que with our finance team’. Today is March 1st 2023 and still no refund!!

These guys are SCAMMING !
After I ordered my fluffy Monalisa .it took them 2 weeks to tell me that there system had canceled my order and for me to repurchase. My payment still went through through even though the order was canceled . I’ve been emailing them for days now requesting my refund with no answer

Incompetent business owners or scam artists

This company is either run by incompetent business owners who are in way over their heads, or scam artists.

Read the reviews on their instagram, or on here. People aren't getting their orders. Order pages are mysteriously 404ing (mine has). And The support staff don't respond to anyone's emails. I've had to reach out to my bank now to dispute the transaction.

Avoid.

When launching our Fluffy Mona Lisa & Fluffy Night we received an overwhelming response that lead to a backlog of orders.

Once we knew there would be some delays we immediately notified all our customers so they were well aware of when they would receive their orders.

The Backlog has now been cleared and all our customers have received their orders or will be receiving them over the coming days.

The 404 page you have mentioned, is not something that you should see when looking at your order page so I would advise you to contact us directly to resolve this.

FedEx hat mir soeben mitgeteilt, dass für meine Warensendung noch EUR 35.35 an Zöllen, Steuern und Gebühren anfallen (ca. 25% vom Bestellwert). Ich soll unverzüglich bezahlen, damit die Zusrellung der Ware für diesen Freitag gesichert ist. Die Mail enthält keinerlei Versandnummer und sonstige Kontaktdaten. Ist das eine Betrugsmasche oder ist diese Forderung korrekt? Bitte um ein kurzes Feedback von Ihnen.
