Let's dissect your review.

You have started your review by saying, "SCAM WARNING". After reading your full review I can see that you have received your order but you are not happy with the finish. This clearly indicates that we are NOT a scam as we have provided you with the goods you have purchased.

Secondly you have stated, "The product quality is terrible. the fur falls off just by touching it". After reading the email correspondence, you have not mentioned once that you are unhappy with the quality of your Fluffy Mona Lisa, nor have you stated that your fur is falling off, had you mentioned this in the email we would've been able to provide you with an immediate solution.

Thirdly you have mentioned that you ended up paying taxes and this is not stated on our website, however if you refer to our FAQ's you can see that we have clearly addressed the customs issues. Please see the following link: https://www.mykahove.com/faqs

You have also stated, "I tried to reach out to them on Instagram, and no response at all. I sent them many emails. They replied to one saying they would escalate to some department which is clearly a lie." After taking a look at the email correspondence I can see that we have sent you a number of emails with regards to your queries.

Finally you have mentioned that this has been completed by another artist, which is false. We are the only company which have made a physical Fluffy Mona Lisa. No other company or artist has created a physical Fluffy Mona Lisa, nor have we given permission for anyone to retail our product.

Thank you for your review.

The reason you haven't received your order is because we issued a full refund on your Fluffy Mona Lisa upon your request.

We did have a backlog of orders in late December/ early January which has now been completely cleared.

My Kahove's customer service department provided you with constant updates of the status of your order, and immediately notified you of any unexpected delays.

The wooden frame used on the Fluffy Mona Lisa will create the framed look you see on our online store if assembled correctly.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and although I understand you may be unhappy with what you've received, I feel that the comparison to 'Camden Market' is unfair.

The Fluffy Mona Lisa is NOT made from polyester cloth like you've mentioned, it is made from Faux Fur.

Your description of how the Fluffy Mona Lisa arrived doesn't paint the full picture.

The Art piece has not been 'cheaply constructed', our design team have explored all options when it comes to creating the most efficient and ergonomic hanging kit. We have ensured that you are able to hang your Mona Lisa on any wall whilst stretching the canvas to create the perfect look. The carefully selected choice of frame also allows you to fold your Fluffy Mona Lisa so you can transport it at any moment.

If the '2 pieces of timber' & 'metal wires', have been assembled correctly your Fluffy Art piece will match the designs you have seen on our online store.

You've also mentioned that our customer service have ignored you, however after searching for your name in our emails & social media accounts I am unable to find any correspondence from you.

The last email correspondence we've had with you is where we provided your tracking number.

I would love to discuss this in further details with you, so we can come to a resolution.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

You have made many points in your review, so I would like to address each point individually.

Before I do that I will provide a timeline of the events that took place.

1) On 24th November 2022 you placed an order for the Deliciosa Mule.

2) On 26th November 2022 we informed you that there was a 6-8 week lead time on your Deliciosa Mule as they were placed as a pre-order (this was also stated on the product page when you placed your order).

3) On 9th December 2022 we provided you with a second update informing you what stage your Deliciosa Mule was at with images.

4) From 22nd Dec – 30th Dec 2022 we had a thread of emails, where we explained the reason you were yet to receive your Mule to which you confirmed you were happy to wait.

5) On 2nd January 2023 we provided you with the date of dispatch (Between 16th Jan – 22nd Jan).

6) On 21st January 2023 you requested a full refund on your order.

7) On 21st January we provided you with a full refund.

You’ve started your review off by saying, “we took your money and nothing arrived”, however we issued you a full refund upon your first request as previous mentioned. We have NOT changed our company name or social media, this has remained the same since our launch.

You've mentioned that you” tracked us down” to our new email address, however we initially emailed you to inform you of the status of your order. You’ve also mentioned that you received nothing from our Kahove however I documented the full time line of correspondence you’ve had with Team Kahove where we discussed the status of your order.

Your point about the Edinburgh contact number can easily be explained, our phoneline team are based in Edinburgh and our HQ is based in Ipswich. You’ve stated that Scotland is technically a different country which may be true, however it is still a part of the United Kingdom.

The point you’ve made about our phone line being linked to various types of fraud is something we’ve not heard from other customers, so I’m not sure what that means. We do not have a previous address in Ipswich as we still operate from here. The transport company you have mentioned is not something I am aware of, We are Kahove and we are not associated with any other companies unless you are referring to FedEx.

You’ve mentioned our followers are fake & that the reviews are fake, but If you take a look at our story highlights on Instagram you will see all the customers that have tagged us in their posts (https://www.instagram.com/k.ahove/).

To conclude, I believe we have provided you with our best customer service, as we kept you well informed with the status of your order, any changes we’d made and provided you with a full refund within 24 hours of your request.

I can assure you that mykahove.com are a genuine company with many satisfied customers that have received their orders. We are not a scam and you are more than welcome to check the reviews section on our online store and take a look at our Instagram page which shows many customers who have received their orders.

2) We are the same as Lushue.com

Lushue used our images as there own and scammed many customers like yourself in the past.

We initially posted the Fluffy Designs as a concept to see how are customers would react before even manufacturing the. This company stole our images and marketed them as their own. They made a large number of sales and didn't send any products out.

This is frustrating to us as it is to you as it tarnishes our brands reputation.

We are the only company on the market which have manufactured a physical product of the Fluffy Art pieces, which you can also see on our Instagram page.

We are currently taking legal proceedings against this company.
