1. Produce always left out by the gate, out of site for home occupants, even after a friendly request to reposition deliveries.

2. Cannot depend on the deliveries as van is often broken somewhere out on the road

3. Company spams the mailbox even after multiple requests for stopping communication.

I advise to stay away from this headache.

Signed my father in law up for the service. Missed deliveries and then showing up as delivered on the app so he's been paying for milk that never came. Customer service email that they've been replying to customers with here never replied to us and then said ticket closed. It's a good idea but seems a complete scam. Avoid.

Terrible experience, delivery didn't show up, said they'd credit my account, didn't, no explanation from the milkman and no reversion from customer service which they're responding to people here asking people to email.

OK a few cons first just so you know what you're getting.
There's a weekly delivery fee, currently at €1.50, but it started at free then went to .50c and it's what it is.
The times (my milkman at least) can be bonkers. Anytime from 1pm the previous day to 2am.
The prices are more expensive than the supermarket. By about 10%-20%.

So why five stars you say? I guess it's the convenience, and the nostalgia. And I guess when you run out of milk you just pop I to the local corner shop where milk is twice the price of the supermarkets, and you never run out of milk.

A joke of a service from the get go. Dairy products were dropped at 00:20am. We were told that it would be 6am drop off. The products were spoiled and had to be binned. Also the driver decided to drive straight trough my newly set lawn. Scandalous behaviour considering that trucks have been able to turn in the yard and not cause damage. Waste of time trying to get onto anyone, milkman won't answer phone and customer service is none existent.

Generally fine. Changed to mymilkan.ie cause we kept missing our actual milk man for the weekly cash payments. Account setup is easy and the options seem endless. However, on many occasions the money wasn't debited but instead 2 payments were taken the following week. No real dealbreaker but still an odd thing to happen in 2025. I have other weekly online payments that don't have this issue.
And while it's super-easy to make changes to your order online that doesn't mean you'll actually get what you ordered. Tried to add banana milk to my order 3 times now, never got any. Either got nothing at all or was replaced with chocolate milk. Every e-mail I've sent so them has been ignored so far.

Driver keeps reversing into the driveway despite being asked not to, after reversing into a parked car and bending the license plate. Ignorant behaviour and management does nothing. These people have low IQ.

I signed up for mymilkman.ie in Galway and received confirmation that my deliveries would start in two weeks. However, I never received a single delivery. When I contacted the local milkman, he insisted the milk was on my doorstep—which it clearly wasn’t. This went back and forth for days, with no resolution. On top of that, trying to delete my account was a nightmare—the process was incredibly difficult and frustrating. I never got my milk, wasted my time, and was left feeling scammed. Avoid this service at all costs!
EDIT: I did follow up with your customer services. You couldn't care less. It's amazing how quick you can respond when it's a public review, but when a customer is trying to solve a problem at that moment you couldn't care less. I couldn't even cancel my account, I had to go as far as submitting a GDPR request to get my info deleted

I'm based in swords and paddy has been amazing. Absolutely love milkman.ie. as a shift worker, it's perfect. Been using milkman.ie for the past 2 years and its Never let me down. Highly recommend!

Great experience. Always get milk on time and no issues. Sometimes he gives me extra milk and Petit filous no charge. Great service. Really happy and saves me having to ever go the shop for milk! Especially handy for when you've a toddler. My milkman is paddy In Swords, and all of my estate say the same about how great it is.

I have been trying to cancel my account for months now and I’m pretty much being ignored !!

I’ve had several bills with no milk delivered and when I try to contact the customer service team, they just close the tickets.

Logged for a call back- no call. Contacted via email three times now and the tickets are just closed.

I registered with Mymilkman when I received a visit at my home. The polite representative tried to explain how beneficial the subscription would be, but I wasn’t interested. I only signed up to avoid disappointing the worker, planning to cancel shortly after, thinking it would be simple. He also mentioned that I would get 10 euros back if I canceled the subscription within three weeks or so.

However, I have already sent an email requesting cancellation, and nothing has been done. I haven’t even received a response, and I keep receiving milk boxes and being charged for something I don’t want. Now, I’ll have to access the app, schedule a time for a phone call, and then try to cancel. This is ridiculous and should be illegal.

Product quality and reliability is satisfactory, only once did I received milk that went off. However the cancelation policy is outrageous.

You CANNOT cancel on your own terms through your account. You'll have to go through a tedious cancellation process over the phone.
Unfortunately can't recommend.

Do not sign up for this service. It is impossible to stop it. I have been trying to cancel my account for weeks now and they just don't do it. You can't do it yourself or set your order quantities to zero so there is literally no way to stop the service unless they decide to delete the account.

Used the same milkman for 20years and it was a marvellous service. The service changed to my milkman and I have had to cancel due to poor service.

Supposed to get milk sunday and Wednesday, normaly turns up saturday and nothing wednesday. Plus every week they say card payment failure but theres money in account. This is a sloppy service at best.

Ordered milk eggs and orange juice. Paid for them too. But only received the milk and no eggs or orange juice.

Says the quickest way to cancel the account is to phone them. But that means waiting 46hrs until they open the call centre. So not that quick is it. App should have a cancellation option. Instead I've paused it on the app. And I'll be looking for my refund on Monday.

For a business that works on Saturdays there should be a customer support team on Saturdays. People shouldn't have to wait 2 days to sort an issue.

Fantastic. Great service, have been using for a couple of years now at this stage. Quick to sort issues and compensate and resolve quickly if they arise. It takes such a huge load off, so convenient, mom of 3 kids 6 and under 😊

I signed up to Mymilkman.ie a few years ago and haven't looked back since. I'm a busy wife and mam to 3 children who all love milk, cheese, yogurts and eggs. I can amend my order the evening before to have everything I need delivered early the next morning. Its a game changer 🙌 we highly recommend in our house. There's special offers every week and even plant based options available.
